Rsservation Room Staff managerial skilss. Mr Anas was the exception of the rule!

I booked for 16 nights, 10 nights in a single room and the rest been booked during my stay for double deluxe room which has been nominated as I have viewed tbe room and booked it before hand under full control of receptionist Anas who nominated and recommend the room to me! On due date to move been told by receptionist Ali that, my booking has been cancelled and either to keep stay in the single room or to look for another place to saty! He contacted Sama hotel management and cancelled the booking even though I made all my bookings through Expedia! At that moment all I thought about was how can I get a decent place meet my criteria and avoid the huge hassle and preasure I am facingi Unfortunately at Sama hotel they are greedy go the point that my pre hand booking has been ancelled and the sold to a guest wbo has paid more! I took a taxi wondering around Cairo downtown paid 1000 EGP to find another hotel ending up in a hotel does not offered me nothing apart from basics with horrible breakfast and very week net connection! I would never ever recommend Sama hotel to family and friends and personally would never ever repeat the experience to chose it again! I kindly ask Expedia ban this hotel and not to recommen it to tbeir UK based clients.

Very nice staff, room was clean. Perfect area if you want the craziness of downtown! You’re right there!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. One of the main issues was the water, which never became cold, making even a simple shower uncomfortable. I had booked a room with a double bed, but I was instead given a room with two single beds, which did not match my reservation. In addition, the air conditioning had an unpleasant smell, making the room uncomfortable. The check-in process was extremely slow: despite being scheduled for 2:00 PM, we had to wait an entire hour, and only entered the room at 3:00 PM, without any proper explanation. To make matters worse, the breakfast was very poor, offering only two pieces of bread, two boiled eggs, and two pieces of fruit, which was clearly insufficient. Overall, the stay was well below expectations.

Un hotel al que le falta profesionalizar más los servicios. La actitud del personal es muy buena, son muy amables y serviciales, sin embargo, hay detalles que la administración descuida. Por ejemplo, no hay información sobre lo qué son los alimentos que se sirven de desayuno (platillos locales); un día no se hizo la limpieza del cuarto; no hay un letrero para avisar que se requiere limpieza del cuarto; un día se llevaron las toallas y no las reemplazaron, pedí toallas y me dieron sólo toallas para manos; la zona es demasiado ruidosa (como casi todo El Cairo), deberían ofrecer tapones para los oídos; debería haber un mapa de la zona para saber cómo moverse; etc. Falta atender esos pequeños detalles que una administración más profesional sí cuidaría. Fuera de eso, el personal es muy amable. Aunque el edificio tiene el acceso y las fachadas sucias y descuidadas (como casi todos los edificios de la ciudad), el piso que ocupa el hotel está en muy buen estado y está limpio.

Great and friendly staff. Good locations and premises are fine. They let me store my luggage and did my laundry at no cost. Upgrade me to a better room at no extra cost. Great bang for your buck.

Die Lage ist ca 3min zu Fuß von der Metro Nasser entfernt. Das einfache aber gute Hotel liegt so zentral dass man sehr viel zu Fuß machen kann wenn man das gewohnt ist. Zum Beispiel altes ägyptisches Museum nur 15min genauso Tahrir Platz. Es gibt sehr viele verschiedene Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hotelpersonal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Wir möchten uns bedanken bei Anas, Ali, Mohamed und Youssef ! Man bekommt Frühstück auf das Zimmer, immer alles frisch und wechselnde Zusammenstellung. Wir hatten Zimmer 503 zur Seitengasse. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Betten sind sehr gut! Das Bad war sauber. Allerdings läuft beim Duschen das Wasser auf den Boden, so dass man dann nachwischen musste. Es gab einen Kühlschrank , in dem auch eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken bereit gestellt wird. Man hat ausreichend Platz auch eigene Lebensmittel unterzubringen. Reinigung erfolgt nach Wunsch. Der Fahrstuhl geht in die 6..Etage (Rezeption) .Gepäck kann nach dem Check out um 12 Uhr gelagert werden. Die Jungs an der Rezeption organisieren auch Touren oder Taxi wenn gewünscht. Einziger Nachteil: aufgrund der Lage ist es außerhalb des Hotels laut. Das hält die Schallisolierung auch nicht vollständig ab. Im Hotel selbst gab es nachts kaum Geräusche. Tagsüber wurden Maler- und Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt von denen man aber kaum was mitbekommen hat wenn man immer unterwegs ist. Wir können das Sama Hotel sehr empfehlen, Preis Leistung top

Hotel semplice ma pulito e ordinato.Il personale è molto disponibile. La localizzazione è proprio in centro vicino a tanti ristoranti, fast food, pasticceria. Loro non hanno un ristorante, credo la palazzina sia in ristrutturazione, ma comunque servono la colazione in camera.

Bien situé mais apportez des bouchons pour les oreilles, c'est très bruyant dans la rue.

Sama hotel was great, the staff was helpful and professional, the room was huge. Some construction going on but did not affect my experience. Bathroom was new. Would stay here again anytime!

Excelente lugar para quedarse con la familia o con amigos aún cuando vaya solo cerca del restaurantes, cerca de transportes, cerca de Banco, cerca de todas las atracciones

The room was clean, and the staff were excellent. Only complaint was the shower head which needed replacing as it would leak water all over the outside of the shower.

Bonito Hotel en el centro de la ciudad muy conveniente para pasarse dos o tres días le hace falta unos arreglos, pero está muy práctico para pagar poco por un Hotel donde puedes estar seguro y muy cerca de todo

It was an absolutely amazing experience staying in Sama hotel and in Egypt. Sama hotel’s staff Anas, Ali, Sama, Youssef and Ezzat were very cooperative and friendly. I booked my tours with them also and absolutely great service. Breakfast was very nice with different varieties every day. I will definitely recommend Sama hotel to everyone, because it is situated in the downtown of Cairo which is best place to explore the real Egypt. Thanks Sama hotel again for your hospitality.

For a person traveling from the United States, the area around the entrance was frightening. The entrance looked like a building about to fall down. The room itself was clean.
