Très bon séjour, tout était parfait, service irréprochable jusqu'à vous nettoyer les lunettes de soleil sur la plage!! Nourriture excellente et variée, produit frais et chaque jour à son thème.. Ponton pratique et cours pour snorkling, très beau.. Animation très soft idéale pour se reposer..

An excellent hotel resort. The facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The quality and variety of food were good. However, the location is a bit far from shopping area.

Nicely kept hotel. Lovely grounds and beach front location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good hotel facilities and nightly entertainment was good. The staff actually made available the conference room for us to watch football on their big screen. Nothing seemed too much to ask for. Food was amazing. All inclusive was the best option. The hotel is fairly dated and could use with some modernization for example there was a shortage of mains power sockets and what were available were of mixed type. Also there is a tendency to be approached frequently while on the hotel grounds (by the pool or beach etc) by reps trying to sell their services such as spa treatment or trips which does become a bit annoying as the selling tactics in Egypt are a bit on the "enthusiastic" side. We did succumb to one of the reps who sold us a scuba diving trip and we were very glad we did do it as the experience was fantastic. All in all we would definitely book to stay in this hotel again.

Superb location, excellent facilities and very very friendly and highly effective staff. Very good value for money. Have been before and will definitely be coming again.

Staff is fantastic! Thank you Nabil for your hard work and for always putting a smile on our face. Food is very good, specialty restaurants (2 ) also good. I hope to be back soon.

Language barrier is a problem and making the birthday arrangement for cake on down low was not easily planned. Misunderstanding plus wanted to charge higher price… found out they provide cakes for free and they make many desserts at the restaurant. Finally it worked out… unnecessary fuss could have been avoided. Great peaceful location.

Very nice hotel in perfect location. The staff was incredibly helpful all the time. The room allways clean and had good space. The food was OK, but not fantastic. For instance we would like icecream for dessert sometimes, this was never offered. The good icecream you must buy as an extra, even if you are on all inclusive. They served "sushi" for dinner one day. This is the worst sushi ever. Apart from that, food was OK. The hotel is dominated by russian guests. In our poinion not allways the most polite and nice people, and many of them reluctant or not able to speak english. The gym is OK, although not everything is working, and both threadmills warn about needing service, but the staff doesnt fix it.

The surroundings of the property is great but the rooms needs updating and more cleaning

My third time at Stella. Excellent stuff, territory, food. Rooms are a little bit old but good equipped. I like Stella and appreciate it’s stuff for excellent vacation. Recommend.
