Il personale, professionale e molto cortese

The food was great. The room that we stayed was a family suit which was comfortable. I would say things are getting older and might require an upgrade. The beach and snorkeling were priceless

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage, einschließlich Pools und Strand, befindet sich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Das gastronomische Angebot ist vielfältig, insbesondere die Dessertauswahl ist hervorzuheben, auch wenn einzelne Speisen regelmäßig wiederkehren. Das Weihnachtsbuffet war besonders schön gestaltet. Kostenloser Shuttle-Service nach Naama Bay. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber.

The room was amazing. We booked the sea view and it did not disappoint! The staff were so nice and helpful. The service was great! The food was absolutely tasty and there were so many choices to choose from. You’ll always find something to eat and enjoy! We will definitely come back 😊

Outstanding in every possible way. The quality of the staff's attention to detail is something i've not encountered elsewhere. The bedlinen, the food quality and variety and above all the warmth and kindness of all staff even at the busiest periods under pressure. I extended me stay twice and will be back!

Rooms, staff, food, facilities were all excellent

We had a great stay at the Stella Di Mare Hotel. The food (amazing daily selection), spa facilities (especially the huge jacuzzi), sun and snorkeling (so many colourful fish) is what we went for and it delivered. The service in all parts of the hotel was superb, particularly from Mustafa Sohkry and all the team who welcomed us to the main dining area on the first day and made us feel like VIPs for the rest of our holiday. That's the main reason we will be returning in the not too distant future.

Sea view room, staff are good, some of the views from the hotel are so nice. Food is good there is a nice selection. Spa facilities are good outdoor heated pool is very nice but i would get massages or hammam elsewhere and not in the hotel as i have had way better services in other places and i feel this is probably the only 👎 i give to stella di mare.

The staff are amazing and very attentive, and very friendly. The buffet food was surprisingly very very good, clearly all made fresh and tons of options.

Soggiorno molto molto gradevole, personale disponibile e gentile, ottimo cibo, posizione perfetta. Super consigliato per chi cerca relax e zero pensieri.

Hotelli oli erittäin viihtyisä vaikka onkin jo vähän vanhempi. Erittäin siistiä, hyvin kauniit ja viimeisen päälle hoidetut pihalueet. Henkilökunta on hyvin ystävällistä ja palvelu pelaa hyvin rannalla ja ravintoloissa. Erittäin maukasta ruokaa, ja kattava aamiainen. Otimme puolihoidon ja se oli meille toimiva ratkaisu. Comfort huoneessa ainakin on kylpyamme. Lämmintä vettä tuli hyvällä paineella ja kertaakaan lämmin vesi ei loppunut. Siivouksen yhteydessä huoneeseen toimitettiin joka päivä 2 litraa juomavettä jioka kuului huoneen hintaan. Myös illallisella sai pullovettä veloituksetta (puolihoito). Hotellissa ihan toimiva kuntosali jossa pari juoksumattoa ja peruslaitteet, käsipainoja, smith-laite jne. Spa osasto on asiakkaille ilmainen, saat käyttää kahta normaali saunaa, isoa höyrysaunaa ja ulkona olevaa jacuzzia ilmaiseksi rajattomasti (auki 10-20.00, 10-12 vain naisille). Jacuzzin vesi on tosi lämmintä mikä on kiva etenkin illalla. Hotellissa on myös kaksi isoa lämmitettyä uima-allasta, joissa vesi oli myös oikeasti lämmintä. Hotellilla ei ole hiekkarantaa, toki keinotekoisia alueita joissa on hiekkaa ja rantatuoleja. uinti meressä kahdelta ponttooni laiturilta. Hotelilla toimii myös Desert Rose sukelluskeskus jonka toimitilat on matalassa rakennuksessa hotellin sisääntulon varrella n.100 metriä ennen hotellin pääsisääkäyntiä. My stay superseded my expectation. The property is a gem amount other 5 star resorts in the vicinity. I am a discerning traveller as I visited exclusively for the diving which, was in itself, a magnificent experience. There are minor aesthetics that may need to be updated but this does not impact my overall review of my stay. What I enjoyed most is that the property is nit expansive as many others in its class. I wanted a “boutique feel” and certainly got it. Loved the culinary quality, the convenient shuttle, snorkeling, spa, and all amenities. Truly a gem in Sharm!

Hotel was clean, food was good, staff very friendly and accommodating. I would avoid the venders in the ground floor however they are annoying and try to rip you off.

Cliente de cet hôtel deux fois par année ! Toutes les équipes sont professionnelles, l’accueil est tout simplement remarquable, notamment Monsieur Salah ainsi que tous les autres collaborateurs. Je m’y sens toujours en sécurité et toujours bien entourée. Le diamant de cet hôtel reste la stabilité des différentes équipes: c’est un critère de pérennité qui nous fait ressentir d’être à la maison mais ailleurs… Gratitude à vous tous pour votre gentillesse et votre grande classe. The hotel is clean the staff very friendly. The staff are constantly cleaning the whole hotel. The food was very good with two speciality restaurants. The hotel could do with some upgrading but that doesn't detract from the fact it is a friendly hotel next to Naama bay
