Um bom hotel qualidade preço.

Faites attention à cette hôtel dès votre arrivée. J’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec cette hôtel. Télévision fissuré et baignoire douche fissuré . Après avoir fait des photos et déclaré tout cela dès mon arrivé à la réception, ils m’ont dit ça sera traité. Toujours rien , le dernier jour de mon départ de l’hôtel , ils m’ont obligé de payer les réparations de la télévision pour 500€ . J’ai dû faire venir la police de l’immigration pour régler ce conflit. Les servants du restaurant chaleureux et accueillant, service réception pourrie . Une entrée pour 14h , j’ai dû passé 3h pour patienter avant d’entrer dans le logement . En cas de problème , le personne de l’hôtel s’en fou de vous. Tout ce qui les intéresse et voit en vous c’est juste de l’argent . Le reste est sans importance. Animation pourrie au sein de l’hôtel , hôtel de papi , manque d’animation pourrie des jeunes et des enfants c’est vraiment triste et dommages pourtant l’hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel et des sources activité. Service spa j’en ai fait avec des prix astronomique plus cher qu’en France , après avoir payé j’ai regretté le service vendu des au départ et des paroles n’est pas identique et réel à la prestation. L’étranger dans cette hôtel c’est tout simplement Money. Je déconseille vivement cette hôtel si vous voulez de animation des gens sérieux et profitez pleinement de vos vacances. Par contre si c’est juste aller faire la piscine en longueur de journée et de la plongée près de la mer c’est parfait

We enjoyed our stay at Stella Di Mare! First, we arrived super early and they were able to make the rooms ready for us. Also, they have variety of food and dessert every day is definitely different. They have ice cream station which is really cool. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the services. They let us stay for lunch the last day because our plane is scheduled for late afternoon. I thought that it was thoughtful of them to let us stay more ours with our bracelets and enjoy our lunch without extra pay. The water is phenomenal, it is clear, warm, and you can enjoy snorkeling even if you don’t know how to swim. They gave me life jacket. There is a life guard who is always paying attention and there to help. They have a different problem with dancers and singers every night. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed my stay with my family.

An amazing experience. Kind staff all over the place. Clean rooms. Very nice scenery from almost all rooms. Pools are spacious with staff cleaning around the hour. All in all we enjoyed the stay

The most luxurious places i have ever been. It begins all in reception with SALAH and MAHMOUD the most helpful and professional people you could get. Our taxi driver Mustafa is one to never be forgotten. The hotel is like a whole holiday in one spot with pools everywhere and then u have the most beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. I definitely will be using again in the future god willing

One of the most luxurious and affordable places i have ever been in. The hotel leaves you not wanting to leave it because it has everything from food and activities and beach right near it and massage parlour and facials and hairdressers and even when stung in the ocean there is a doctor. A BIG THANK YOU TO MAHMOUD AND SALAH FROM RECEPTION. THE BEST PEOPLE YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH AND THE FUNNIEST AND TO MUSTAFA OUR DRIVER WE LOOOOOVE YOU

The hotel is in a spectacular location. The coral reef accessible right from the property is impressive—far better than many of the natural reefs featured on paid excursions. We did run into an issue, though: upon check-out, we were told a small towel was missing from one of the rooms, and they tried to charge us for it. It was shocking and unbelievable. You really need to improve in this regard.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for six days, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

So welcoming it was like home from home. Such friendly colleagues
