This is the 2nd time for me at Sunrise Avenue Hotel in Alexandria. A great experience with a very professional reception staff. A special thank you to Mr Mohamed, Mr Ramadan and Mr Emad for their hospitality and premium service. The hotel is well equipped and well designed. Very private rooms location right in front of the beach which is sandy and very smooth to walk barefoot and enjoy the sea. The restaurant staff, waiters and room service are also very decent and helpful. This has become my favorite first option whenever I visit Alexandria!

It’s beautiful location in Alexandria Mediterranean Sea The staff is amazing and helpful and they really care about the clients the breakfast is wonderful delicious and a lot of variety of food I loved having my breakfast with my wife looking at the sea view and the sky I enjoyed my time there and definitely I will be there next time I go to Alexandria the only thing I have issues with that the cafe is kind of over priced and the quality of the drinks is average but it doesn’t have any effect on the quality of the whole thing

Stayed for one night. Service, staff, check in and check out were perfect. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Only thing we were asked to pay fees ( not minimum charge) to enter the night club B2 !!! Which was weird considering we are hotel residents. We were willing to pay for the drinks and food but we felt it was an abuse.

Very clean and updated rooms with an amazing sea wview, and a great breakfast

Never had such great service in a hotel before. Rooms are clean and overlooked the gorgeous beach. The breakfast was amazing and there were so many options to choose from. All staff are happy to help and give 100%. They even gave us complimentary food baskets in our rooms during our time there

This was, by far, our favourite hotel during our three week visit to Egypt. From arrival to departure the staff at Sunrise Alex Avenue were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The property is perfectly located in the middle of the Alexandria Corniche with a sprawling seafront expanse. We swam in the Mediterranean Sea in the hotel’s protected cove and enjoyed resting under the sun umbrellas. The heated pool was also available as was the unheated pool. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and in every situation, the staff was right there to offer their services. We were likely the only non- Egyptian tourists. I honestly would highly recommend choosing the Sunrise. Safe, clean with great facilities, excellent security and top notch service. Easy to get rides to the various sites. We wish we could have stayed longer in this idyllic location. Exceptional service and a gorgeous hotel.

Clean rooms. Super room location. Mr Mohamed front of the house manager was very very cooperative and his reception team are fantastic at all the times. Housekeeping and restaurants were very nice. We stayed for 12 nights during the spring transition (March/April) and enjoyed our experience. The location couldn’t be better, and the staff made us feel at home. Having a consistently good breakfast on-site was such a convenience. We would have loved a slightly lower price.

Spa and shop opening times are late. It would be nice if they were accessible at all times.
