We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but the staff were very kind and checked us in quickly, which we really appreciated after a long trip. Our upper-level room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on the Corniche with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also has a pool and a lovely beach area; we went swimming in the sea and it was refreshing and very enjoyable, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas available. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and welcoming, making our stay smooth and pleasant. Overall, SUNRISE Alex Avenue Hotel provided great comfort, a fantastic location, and warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

This is best hotel in Alexandria, service , up keep, attention to detail. The Staff from Front office, Bellmen, housekeeping, room service go beyond service expectations, always looking for ways to make sure you have your needs met. The hotel is literally located on the beach. The location is fantastic and very close to all the luxury restaurants and walking bays. The staff are extremely professional, polite, and helpful , always with a smile. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and satisfies all the tastes. And the staff very friendly. Thanks for Mr. Emad at the reception and all the Team for warming welcome.

The hotel is nicely located, rooms are nice, but it does not meet the bar for 5*. From many little details it seems management is not great. The gym opens at 10 (when breakfast closes), and closes at 10pm. Pool opens at 9, not for business travelers or really anyone who exercises regularly . Staff is nice, kind, but not well trained. very few understand even basic English words. Breakfast is abundant, some local dishes are very good, coffee is not good at all. There is way too much food waste.

Although it looks like an old hotel by look of furniture but the level of cleanliness is superb. The guy cleaning my room was very efficient. Cleans, replenish stuffs and always smiling. Generally all staffs smile at you. Great breakfast buffé and very quite. Their definition of taking care of you is on another level where they'll call your room to check if everything is ok so sometimes I didnt answer the call just to have my quiete time. I went for massage and I was asked to fill in a form which was only available in Arabic and Russian; the guy asked me to google translate 🙄. The form collects your medical history with no explanation on how the information will be used nor how your personal information is going to be protected. Wondering how that relates to the normal massage I had booked

Staff and front desk and room service all nice and professional and safe and everything but some of the rules don’t make since like not able to use my personal camera they said the policy don’t accept that I can bring in my camera to my room and everything but not able to use my personal camera but they said I can use my phone camera and everything but not my personal camera wich is the same thing but everything else is perfect and professional.

Staff were brilliant especially Nesma. Food options were limited. The problem with the resort was the music at night going on to 3 am. We changed rooms kindly sorted out by the management, but there was still noise resounding around the resort. Not recommended for people who want a good nights sleep.

Poor service quality as I experienced the below: - My reservation was a room with King bed size, they delivered me a room with 2 single beds. - I reached the hotel late, I did not check the terrace door. in the morning, I was surprised that the terrace door lock was damaged, and it is easily could be opened from outside (my room is in ground floor) - I have to call the reception to ask for the basic things like dental kit, slipper, Iron or shaving kit.

The hotel is literally located on the beach. The location is fantastic and very close to all the luxury restaurants and walking bays. The staff are extremely professional, polite, and helpful , always with a smile. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and satisfies all the tastes. And the staff very friendly. Thanks for Mr. Emad at the reception and all the Team for warming welcome.

The hotel is nicely located, rooms are nice, but it does not meet the bar for 5*. From many little details it seems management is not great. The gym opens at 10 (when breakfast closes), and closes at 10pm. Pool opens at 9, not for business travelers or really anyone who exercises regularly . Staff is nice, kind, but not well trained. very few understand even basic English words. Breakfast is abundant, some local dishes are very good, coffee is not good at all. There is way too much food waste.

Super hôtel à quelques kilomètres du centre-ville. Nous avons apprécié le calme au bord de la piscine et sur la plage loin du bruit de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié.

Although it looks like an old hotel by look of furniture but the level of cleanliness is superb. The guy cleaning my room was very efficient. Cleans, replenish stuffs and always smiling. Generally all staffs smile at you. Great breakfast buffé and very quite. Their definition of taking care of you is on another level where they'll call your room to check if everything is ok so sometimes I didnt answer the call just to have my quiete time. I went for massage and I was asked to fill in a form which was only available in Arabic and Russian; the guy asked me to google translate 🙄. The form collects your medical history with no explanation on how the information will be used nor how your personal information is going to be protected. Wondering how that relates to the normal massage I had booked

Staff and front desk and room service all nice and professional and safe and everything but some of the rules don’t make since like not able to use my personal camera they said the policy don’t accept that I can bring in my camera to my room and everything but not able to use my personal camera but they said I can use my phone camera and everything but not my personal camera wich is the same thing but everything else is perfect and professional.

Staff were brilliant especially Nesma. Food options were limited. The problem with the resort was the music at night going on to 3 am. We changed rooms kindly sorted out by the management, but there was still noise resounding around the resort. Not recommended for people who want a good nights sleep.

Poor service quality as I experienced the below: - My reservation was a room with King bed size, they delivered me a room with 2 single beds. - I reached the hotel late, I did not check the terrace door. in the morning, I was surprised that the terrace door lock was damaged, and it is easily could be opened from outside (my room is in ground floor) - I have to call the reception to ask for the basic things like dental kit, slipper, Iron or shaving kit.
