the hotel is apartment style hotel, so their house keeping service is once a week, but the rooms has everything you need to live, like deep pot, catoralies, dishes, wash and dry machine, micro oven and so on. so I could cook my supper, I could save money as they have enough equipments in their room. if you need something, you'd better send text to the reception, and perhaps you can get flesh towols and so on. and the breakfast is compliment, their wi-fi works good. and this hotel loceted nearby sutton station, it's pretty convinient if you want to go to central London, or the SL7 bus to heathrow. satton area has many churches and big green parks. I could enjoy both watching musicals in central London and walking norsuch park. so I'll stay this hotel again if I have next chaces. ホテルはアパートメントスタイルなので、清掃は週一回なのですが、部屋には、深めの鍋、食器、洗濯乾燥機、電子レンジなど、生活に必要なものはすべてそろっており、自分で夕食を作ることができます。おかげで費用節約できました。何か必要なものがあれば、フロントにテキストメッセージを送ると、新しいタオルとかも手に入ります。朝食は無料だし、wi-fiも良好。 このホテルはサットン駅の近くにあるので、ロンドン中心部に行ったり、SL7のヒースロー空港行のバスに乗ったりするのにも便利です。 サットンの地域は、教会が多く、緑あふれる公園もあり、ロンドン中心部でミュージカルを観たり、ノー察知パークを散歩したりと、どちらも楽しめました。 だから次の機会があれば、またこのホテルに泊まろうと思います。

ランドリーの使い方の説明資料（取り扱い説明書）がなかった。

駅から近くて、とても便利でした。 ホテルに帰る途中に、かなり遅くまでやってるスーパーがあり、毎日寄って帰ってました。 各部屋に、ドラム式洗濯機、キッチンが付いていて、部屋もとても広いので、快適でした。 お掃除は、入らないとの事でしたので、それは誰も入らないなら、良いと思いましたが、3日目ぐらいに、予告無しにベッドメーキングと、新しいタオルが置いてあり、ちょっとびっくりしました。一応スーツケースなど、閉めておきましたが… タオルもずっと同じ物を使わなくてはいけなかったのですが、チェックインの時に、タオル交換は２４時間OKと言ってたので、交換にフロントに行ったら、予約して有料のクリーニングをして下さいと言われたのが、疑問でした。 しぶしぶ交換してもらえてましたが、白人ならそんな事は、無かったのかなぁ？と思いました。

駅近で近くにお店も多く、また、スタッフも親切で、大変過ごしやすかったです。

良いホテルである。 駅から歩いて5分ほど。近くには商店街がある。スーパー、食料品店、郵便局、レストランなどがある。アジア系の食材を売っている店(Sマート)もある。 サットン駅からビクトリア駅までは30分ほど。レイルカードがあると2人でトラベルカードが20ポンドほど。慣れるとこれで良いように思う。サットン駅からはロンドンブリッジ駅にも直通で行ける。交通の便は悪くないと思う。 ホテルでは719号室に宿泊。中庭（というか吹き抜け）に面していて静か。部屋も広く綺麗。 キッチンには冷蔵庫、食器洗い機、洗濯機、電熱コンロなど備え付けられている。ただマニュアルが欲しいと思う。 冷蔵庫には、冷凍庫もあり、アイスクリームも問題なし。食器洗い機は、なんか頑張って働くのだが、数枚の皿でも何時間もかかるので、結局あまり使わなかった。 洗濯機はドラム型。洗濯自体はいいのだが、乾燥機が完全に乾燥させられない。Intensive Dryにして2時間40分作動しても、完全ではない。放っとくと陰干しの嫌な匂いが発生することになる。また、部屋の中に洗濯物を干すことのできるものはない。せめてロープを引っ掛けるフックがあればと思う。故にコインランドリーで乾燥させることにしたのだが、一番近いコインランドリーは2km先。バスで行く必要がある。料金は1ポンドで7分。ガスなので30分ほど乾かすと綺麗に乾く。 電熱コンロは、IHではないので、普通の鍋でも使用できる。ただ暖まるのに時間がかかるし火力も小さい。フライパンは大きい。目玉焼きを焼くのにも時間がかかる。また備え付けの包丁は切れ味が悪い。食器類は十分だが、もし日本食を食べるなら、茶碗などは持参した方が良いと思う。 キッチンはコの字方になっていて、一つがテーブルになっているので、調理しながら給仕することがやりやすい。ただ、テーブルの上の電灯もつけるようにして欲しかった。 浴室はシャワーのみ。お湯はすぐに出るので気持ちいい。量も十分。ヨーロッパにありがちな、シャワールームの仕切りが半分ないタイプではなく、ちゃんとドアがあるので水漏れもない。ただ、バスタオルをかけるフックが欲しかった。またタオルがけも欲しかった。 トイレも問題ない。トイレットペーパーは日本と同じような感じで柔らかい。 ベッドも寝心地が良い。カーテンも遮光として問題ない。 一応エアコンが使えるようである。少し寒かったので暖房にした。多分効いていたと思う。 クローゼットもあるのだが、ハンガー掛けのみなので、引き出しも欲しい。 全体的に良いアパートメントホテルである。乾燥機がうまく使えるか、あるいは1Fあたりにガスタイプのコインランドリーがあればほぼ申し分ないと思う。

Friendly staff, but not helpful. The room was okay, but could be cleaner, apart from the inferior view and limited light access.

The room is clean and having kitchen supplies and laundry machine in the unit is certainly a plus. Staff is also helpful and friendly. It was a good experience overall.

The apartments is beautiful and looks better in person then on the pictures. This was my second is it here. What made it for me was the reception staff Chloe and Jasmine who were very friendly, but professional and Jasmine even signed me up as member and told me about all the perks and even gave me a late check out. I tried to stay another night but they were fully booked not to my surprise and it a lovely place, but Izzy helped me find another place to stay and helped me out with the directions. The staff here are great and this is why I will return again as they made my experience!!

Really nice apartment, very well stocked, big and comfortable. Great location yards from the station and quiet at night. They are inflexible on date changes, unlike almost every other place I stay in, but other than that I would stay here again

Space doesn't allow to write all that I wish, but we had trouble with the air conditioning (we were never able to control the in-room unit), we had trouble with communication (hotel staff saying they would do something but didn't; restaurant being closed one night with no warning), property amenities says laundry detergent (there was none) and also free toiletries (only shampoo was provided and that was after asking for it). We were provided dish and dishwasher soap, but hand washing soap and shower gel we found necessary to purchase. Transportation was an issue due to the closest station being a National Rail line not the Tube. Overall, we enjoyed the property very much. Amenities needs to be updated. It needs to be made clear that the train station is not a tube station. To the front desk personnel: Don't make promises you will not keep. The room was larger then expected. Overall, very clean. There is a heated towel rack (not a heated floor). Washer/dryer (2-n-1) in the room and dishwasher. Very close to a lot of grocery options and restaurants. Finally, the view from our particular room was beautiful. Full length window looking into downtown London. Price we paid was well worth it. I would very much recommend this hotel especially for extended stays.

Everything was fine except very displeasing firealarms, two weekly exercices, two toaster alerts, one at six a.m during our 17 nights stay. Besides, our apartment hotel was very cosy, quiet, and the staff mostly serviceable. Mentions to Clarence, Izzi, Emmanuella and Jasmine for small details. Bravo.
