コロナ禍で通常のサービスは行っていなかったものの、こちらのリクエストに個別対応してくれようとしてくれたことは非常に良かった。

トラファルガー広場やピカデリーサーカスに歩いて行ける絶好のロケーションのホテルです。アパート形式でちゃんとしたキッチンもついているので、料理する人には最適かと思います。反面、料理しない人には、レストランが付属しておらず、自分で朝食を用意しなければいけないのが不便かもしれません。もっとも､場所的にカフェを探すのは容易ですが。

立地が良く便利

リッツホテルの裏でスーパーもすぐ近く地下鉄もすぐ、利便性は抜群でした。お部屋は３ベッドルームバスタブ１つシャワーはそれぞれの部屋に付き、キッチンも広く大晦日から快適に７泊過ごせるはずでした。しかし、バスタブと床の境目から水漏れが発生し、ニューイヤーイブだから修理もできない、明日になればというフロントからの返事でした。１日も改善されず、お部屋を変えてほしいとお願いすると用意ができたと隣の部屋の鍵をフロントに取りに来いと言って渡され、部屋を見てみると前の客が出ていったままで、トイレも汚い！娘が大学院に留学中で言葉が堪能なので抗議し、やっときれいな部屋に変えてくれました。でも、ｱﾊﾟｰﾄﾒﾝﾄホテルなので移動が大変でした。フロントは自分たちは悪くないの一点張り、主人と私もあなたたちの態度はおかしい、まずあやまるべきだというと初めてあやまりました。翌日からは我が家を恐れてか朝の挨拶もなくきずかないふり？？？７泊で５０万以上支払っていますから本当に不愉快でした。高い割には家具もおそまつ。 場所と部屋の広さは申し分ないのでもう少し滞在する側にたっていただきたい。

清潔感のある観光に便利なホテルです。 週末にはハウスキーピングが無く、タオルをもらうのは追加料金とのことでしたので、部屋に備え付けの洗濯機で自分で洗濯しました。 冷蔵庫も大きく、オーブンも食洗器も立派なもので、食器類もそろっています。 難点はややベッドが狭いことくらい。

ビジネスで5泊滞在。 地下鉄グリーンパーク駅そば、中心地(ピカデリーサーカス)徒歩圏内。 大通りから一本入るので、静か。 斜め向いに小綺麗なパブがある。 メンズ系の老舗ショップが充実の地域。 近くにセンズベリー、テスコ メトロが有り、水・食料の買い出しに困らない。 内装はロンドンのよくあるアパート(フラット)の様なつくり。 オイル系資本なのか、プラスの衛星放送チャンネルはアラブ系。 非常に便利なので、また利用したい。

今まで高嶺の花のイメージがあったので、まったく宿泊候補地に入れたこともなかったため、今回初めてグリーンパーク界隈の宿泊となりました。結果から言えば、大正解でした。 確かに、ちょっとお高いかなとは思いますが、地下鉄駅はすぐそば、グリーン＆セントジェームスパーク、バッキンガム宮殿等、ナショナルギャラリー等すべて徒歩圏内、難を言えば地域が地域だけに、気軽にちょっと食事ができるところが少ないぐらいですが、どのみちキッチン付きの部屋なので、近くのセインズベリーで食料品を買って料理すれば問題解決です。 ホテルではなく、アパートなので、ホテル的なサービスはありませんが、平日はハウスキーピングが毎日入ってくれ、掃除などをしてくれます。 洗剤やスポンジ、洗濯洗剤１回分、食洗器用洗剤、シャンプー等も用意されています。ただ、なぜかティッシュペーパーはありませんので、持っていかれるか、買う必要があります。 （ハウスキーパーが覗いてくれた時に聞いたてみたところ、備え付けてないとのことでした） 数軒となりが、豪華サヴォイホテルですので、毎日行き帰りに、サヴォイのゴージャスなクリスマスデコレーションを楽しめるおまけ付きでした。

1ベッドルームのパークビューに7ヶ月の子供含め３人で宿泊。非常に綺麗で広い。ベッドはキングサイズ。水周りも綺麗。シャワールーム以外にバスタブにシャワーもありタブも大きい。キッチンには全て整っている。駅も近くレストランも多くショッピングもしやすい。ロケーションは抜群。エントランスに階段がありベビーカーを持ち上げる必要はあるが、それ以外はバリアフリー。100ポンドでレイトチェックアウトができた。

So….we had booked elsewhere originally but that booking was cancelled due to fire, so Expedia rebooked us here. And they paid the additional charges. (Of course I was expecting something fancier) The location, is great….you are within walking distance of lots of things, tube is 5 mins away. The place itself….a complete let down. The two things we absolutely wanted were kitchen and washer/dryer. Yes we had them, except, washer did not work, couldn’t get the latch to close - called downstairs, after three days of different stories, one of the staff took my bag of laundry and did it elsewhere. The process was terrible so didn’t bother with that again. Washed intimates in the sink myself. Kitchen, fridge worked, dishwasher worked. The fan above stove did not work at all, light did though. Lights were dodgy at the best of times. Minimal supplies just two of things so we did dishes a fair bit. Of course it was a heat wave in London the week we stayed, so A/C was a blessing….it plugged along the best it could. It’s London, everything is old….so I can’t complain there. Overall the place was ok for the portion we paid. Staff were great! They did their best, I’m sure they think we are whiny North Americans! LOL

Fabulous location in Central London for access to the tube (Green Park) and extremities in visiting all the major sites, such as Westminster, London Eye, Buckingham Palace Tower, Bridge and Tower of London. A spacious apartment that was great for a family of four with multiple bathrooms, including an extra separate commode room. Utilities such as the oven dishwasher and washer dryer were a little difficult to figure out as they were European models, but we eventually got there. Could never figure out the air air-conditioning, but it wasn’t needed at the time. For our eight day visit, the Arlington apartment couldn’t have been a better choice. I’d highly recommend it for your visit to London if you can catch a decent price which we were able to.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Nice looking suite, but bedroom TV didn't work. No offer of change of accommodation, alas. TV in sitting room did work, but it was an uncomfortable room (furniture was for looks, not comfort!). No instructions on how kitchen worked, lack of safety bars in shower and bath (though one was installed after I mentioned it). Staff good and helpful.

You couldn't ask for a better location while staying in London! A quick (and beautiful) walk across Green Park brings you to Buckingham Palace within 20 minutes, the around-the-corner Picadilly Underground station is the line that connects to many of London's best attractions, and you can go just next door to the Ritz for tea or a cocktail. The staff was attentive and helpful- our greeting by Sam started our stay off perfectly! We highly recommend staying at Arlington House on your next London vacation.

This place was just what we needed! Being so close to Buckingham palace and Piccadilly Circus and then the hub to get to all the other sites was the best. We were able to walk and grab ubers very easily. The area felt very safe and easy to navigate. The front doorman were so sweet each time we entered and so helpful at checkin. We will DEFINATELY be back. The room and kitchen were the perfect size, even the washer was helpful and the AC was cold!!! Not easy to find in London. Perfect place!

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I found Arlington House on Google and then followed up with research/reviews on travel sites. Having an apartment was so much better than a hotel room. We don’t need a restaurant and all the family had their own bedrooms, bathrooms. Having a kitchen just for coffee, snacks was great. We did not ‘cook’ meals. The apartment was VERY spacious, 2 BR, 2.5 BA, large kitchen and living room. An EXCELLENT location, walking distance to many attractions/restaurants and 2-3 blocks from subway station. I would highly recommend Arlington House for a London stay.

Excellent location, excellent staff, large and comfortable apartment, The light switches are some old strange technology and hard to operate. We left a retainer at the property and sent a message to the property 1 hour after check out to have it shipped at our own cost but two messages later and 2 days later still no response. Their listed phone number is also disconnected.

Our apartment was big, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was in an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent team from management to front desk and house service/cleaning.They all provided continuous promptness to help our requests, with dedicated attention, cordiality and excellent professional service, from arrival until departure. That wonderful staff elevated even more our great time while staying in the deluxe 3 bedroom apartment with views to Green Park for a week!
