My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again.

Everything perfect just except the mattress were bad and old. Particularly were down without support.

Only refill toiletries once per trip. Expected slightly better overall service when paying 3k HKD per night. When you say Hi to the concierge, the staff barely look at you and unwilling to say Hi. Room is very spacious though - got that "home feel".

Nice looking suite, but bedroom TV didn't work. No offer of change of accommodation, alas. TV in sitting room did work, but it was an uncomfortable room (furniture was for looks, not comfort!). No instructions on how kitchen worked, lack of safety bars in shower and bath (though one was installed after I mentioned it). Staff good and helpful.

You couldn't ask for a better location while staying in London! A quick (and beautiful) walk across Green Park brings you to Buckingham Palace within 20 minutes, the around-the-corner Picadilly Underground station is the line that connects to many of London's best attractions, and you can go just next door to the Ritz for tea or a cocktail. The staff was attentive and helpful- our greeting by Sam started our stay off perfectly! We highly recommend staying at Arlington House on your next London vacation.

This place was just what we needed! Being so close to Buckingham palace and Piccadilly Circus and then the hub to get to all the other sites was the best. We were able to walk and grab ubers very easily. The area felt very safe and easy to navigate. The front doorman were so sweet each time we entered and so helpful at checkin. We will DEFINATELY be back. The room and kitchen were the perfect size, even the washer was helpful and the AC was cold!!! Not easy to find in London. Perfect place!

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I found Arlington House on Google and then followed up with research/reviews on travel sites. Having an apartment was so much better than a hotel room. We don’t need a restaurant and all the family had their own bedrooms, bathrooms. Having a kitchen just for coffee, snacks was great. We did not ‘cook’ meals. The apartment was VERY spacious, 2 BR, 2.5 BA, large kitchen and living room. An EXCELLENT location, walking distance to many attractions/restaurants and 2-3 blocks from subway station. I would highly recommend Arlington House for a London stay.

Excellent location, excellent staff, large and comfortable apartment, The light switches are some old strange technology and hard to operate. We left a retainer at the property and sent a message to the property 1 hour after check out to have it shipped at our own cost but two messages later and 2 days later still no response. Their listed phone number is also disconnected.

Our apartment was big, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was in an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent team from management to front desk and house service/cleaning.They all provided continuous promptness to help our requests, with dedicated attention, cordiality and excellent professional service, from arrival until departure. That wonderful staff elevated even more our great time while staying in the deluxe 3 bedroom apartment with views to Green Park for a week! This place is optimum! Everything is easy, walking, staff, great dining options nearby, size of condos. I will be back!

El departamento fue excelente, me dieron un upgrade al llegar, super amable la persona que me atendió, y todo el personal en general de 10. Tenía de todo, calefacción hasta en el piso eso se sentía muy bien, la ubicación es excelente llegas caminando a muchos puntos de interés turístico. El precio está bien por todo lo que ofrece. Cuando vuelva a londres sin duda me quedaré aquí.

This is a great hotel in need of a little freshening up but otherwise a great value for money. The staff was excellent and very helpful and the location is awesome in the heart of the city.

Todo inmejorable. Ubicación extraordinaria, habitación muy cómoda, y nos habían dejado los enseres necesarios (cápsulas de café, jabón de lavaplatos, trapos de cocina nuevos…) para una estancia espectacular. Sí que proporcionan sábanas (en la descripción de la habitación decía que no). Al llegar, Leo (que fue quien nos atendió) no pudo ser más amable. Gracias por todo. Sin ninguna duda, repetiremos.

Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel en urgence, et nous n’avons pas été déçu, l’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement parfait, avec toutes les commodités et un accueil impeccable

This is a perfect location - center of everything and backs up to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace - could hear the changing of the guards drums in the morning out our window that close! The front desk was awesome and very helpful. Would highly recommend!
