Staffs were so friendly. And cheap breakfast was the biggest attractive point of there. It only cost 3! We can eat still get full it was great for travelers who travel in low cost and want to eat much. But toilets were dirty and room and shower room was stinky.

立地が最高で、この価格は長期滞在には特にありがたいです。 欲を言えばもう少し水回りが綺麗だと日本人としては嬉しいのですが、キッチンやカトラリーも備わっているし、朝晩も女性1人でも歩きやすい治安の良さでした。

For better or worse, it's worth the price, but I wanted to know the details of the equipment in advance. Also, Wi-Fi could not be connected in the private room, which was very inconvenient.

Expected a bunk room with no facilities, got twin beds with a shower and sink :). Staff - and fellow customers - were friendly. Room basic but clean, came with kettle & towels. A LOT of stairs to our room mind you! Would definitely stay again. Friendly corner shop a few doors down, 12 min walk to Victoria Station. Luggage storage was a Godsend for us.

The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were tiny. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff and other guests were all very friendly and loved to socialize.

My experience was terrible. I was sleeping in a shared female room when someone woke me up. The girl told me, "Could you please move in because you're snoring?" I had arrived very late from the trip and was tired. Obviously, everyone snores at some point. I realized that sharing with six women would be difficult to rest. I went to the reception and asked for my money back. Who has the right to wake you up in a shared room? The facilities are not equipped to truly be a shared space.

Overall, I found the dorms very cramped and not very clean. There was a lack of privacy curtains and the shower was pretty gross. Althought the cost of breakfast was not expensive, I did not find it appealing so I passed. The staff was able to accommodate my request for a lower bunk on a lower floor so I appreciate that. There are three things going for this hostel: location (close to Victoria Station and the West End) and plenty of public transportation; and the price (it was very reasonable on short notice). Would I recommend? Only if it is for a few nights at most, but I really hope they address the cleanliness issues. Just because hostels are a bit transient, doesnt mean patrons deserve a dirty showers, bathrooms, and common areas.

Good location and customer service but property is old and run down. Bathroom and toilet are old and were not clean.

Very noisy hostel , hard to sleep. Rooms are really small and also not very comfortable. Location is the only bonus and it’s really central easy to get around and staff is nice but the overall facilities aren’t the best.

It was a very nice place to stay for the price. Location is fantastic! Internet access was very good and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen facilities were clean and comprehensive, so one could make whatever one wanted. The service was good - reception and staff very friendly and happy to assist. It was actually much better than I expected and I plan to return there whenever I'm in London. In actual fact, I have been there twice now. I have also recommended it to my family & friends.
