Lưu Ý Quan Trọng

- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ và tiền mặt
- Vui lòng lưu ý các chuẩn mực về văn hóa và chính sách khách có thể khác nhau theo từng quốc gia và nơi lưu trú. Thông tin về chính sách do nơi lưu trú cung cấp.
- Thời gian lưu trú tối đa tại nơi lưu trú là 14 ngày theo lịch dương.
- Dịch vụ bảo quản hành lý được cung cấp vào ngày đến và áp dụng phí 2,5 GBP/túi vào ngày rời đi. Sau khi trả phòng, cung cấp dịch vụ bảo quản hành lý với mức phí 7,5 GBP/túi/ngày. Tủ bảo quản cho các vật có giá trị nhỏ áp dụng mức phí 2 GBP/ngày.
Khách sẽ nhận được email có hướng dẫn nhận phòng và thông tin nhận chìa khóa 5 ngày trước khi đến. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú. Nơi lưu trú này phục vụ khách từ 18 - 30 tuổi. Nơi lưu trú này chấp nhận hộ chiếu, giấy phép lái xe và chứng minh thư nhân dân làm giấy tờ tùy thân. Không chấp nhận giấy phép lái xe tạm thời, thẻ sinh viên và thẻ nhân viên.
Nơi lưu trú đóng cửa từ 31 Tháng Mười Hai đến 30 Tháng Sáu.

It was a very nice place to stay for the price. Location is fantastic!
Internet access was very good and the beds were comfortable.
The kitchen facilities were clean and comprehensive, so one could make whatever one wanted.
The service was good - reception and staff very friendly and happy to assist.
It was actually much better than I expected and I plan to return there whenever I'm in London. In actual fact, I have been there twice now.
I have also recommended it to my family & friends.

Great facilities the social areas all over including huge projector for movies. you can cook your own food. Staff were great real helpful genuinely friendly and organised. Missed the buffet but heard it’s only £2.50 and actually quite good for price from other guests. Will go back sometime for longer as enjoyed my 1 night there.

This hostel is housed in a historic building, so expect to walk up stairs - not an issue for me as a backpacker, but worth noting for those with heavy luggage.
I booked a bed in a 6-bed room with private shower, but the shower setup was completely impractical. The shower is literally an arm's length from other beds, meaning you'd have to be naked before entering the shower area to maintain any privacy. Even changing clothes inside the shower cube is impossible since there are no hangers or hooks provided. Unsurprisingly, everyone ended up using the shared toilets on the stairs instead, making the "private shower" feature pointless.
The common area facilities are quite limited - there's only one small table for the entire building. Other spaces are lounge areas with sofas, or you can work in the kitchen surrounded by food smells, which isn't ideal.
On the positive side, the location is excellent and considering the age of the building, it's kept quite clean overall. The staff are genuinely super friendly and helpful throughout.
This might work for a single night's stay, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer. The shower situation and limited workspace make extended stays uncomfortable, despite the good location and friendly atmosphere.
For backpackers just needing a place to crash for one night, it's manageable. For anything longer, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.

Katie and her colleagues were super friendly, helpful and full of advice and recommendations. Nothing was an issue. Friendly guests also. We havent stayed in a hostel before so werent sure what to expect. Our room was a bunk bed, 2 person room, which we pre selected. Was comfortable, clean and had a sink in room. Toilet and shower were just outside of our room. Again these facilities were clean and accessible. Near to local pubs and bars, not far from Victoria so a hub of activity off the atreet. Five mins walk from Pimlico tube station. Would definitely stay again.

80% of the property facilities are broken, lower bed which can't sit straightly, poor lighting, shower room is small and even no shelf for placing shower product!

It was a very nice place to stay for the price. Location is fantastic!
