After paying a LOT of money to stay here I was then shocked to find we didn’t have breakfast included! Would cost another £60 and also had to pay £25 for the night to stay in there own car park! Lovely hotel but definitely not worth the cost! Could get a 5 star in a lot better cities for a lot cheaper! Staff all lovely though!

Room was lovely as was the hotel, I guess there's a bit of a wow factor for Blackpool. Breakfast is not worth paying for, quality and quantity are poor, I've honestly had better all you can eat breakfast options for less money and higher quality.

The hotel was really lovely compared to others in the area. We walked to the tower from our hotel it took 40 mins. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. We could see the sea from our room, the pleasure park backed on to the back of the hotel it was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely for £19 per person I would recommend this hotel for your stay. The tram is across the main road to the left To get to the tower they only take card payment.

Family room was good. Didn’t have any food there so can’t comment on that. Hotel was clean. Half of Blackpool needs knocked down and rebuilt, nice to have a decent hotel there.

Courteous early check-in, waited in the very comfortable bar area for the room to become available, the room itself was spacious and clean and the hotel itself was right on the promenade.

Very nice hotel, the only couple thing that lets it down are: 1…No information in rooms about dining room opening times, facilities or local information. 2. Breakfast okay, but no omelettes, no mushrooms, just felt that it could offer more. But all in all very nice hotel

Really good hotel. Staff are lovey. Quality of everything in the rooms is really good. Our go to hotel in Blackpool.

The suites were amazing…. Spent a whole day in it because the weather and we were so comfortable…. The fire was a lovely romantic surprise Excellent service

The atmosphere wasn’t warm. Some staff seem stressed/overworked. Impressed with one gal in the dining room that brought us croissants, jam & water as we were disappointed there was no food service between 11am-noon. Not happy with having to walk around the back of hotel in the dark as the glass doors out front to the Promenade are kept locked. An idea would be to install a card swipe for guests to access.

The breakfast food was delicious well presented. I was disappointed that the hotel allowed guests to sit having breakfast in their nightwear pyjamas etc

It's one of the best British hotels that we have stayed in. Reception was easy to check in and out. Great staff and love the bowl of branded pieces of rock that you can take. The rooms are lovely, very modern, spacious and our sea view was great. The bed is relaxing and the bug duvet adds to the comfort. The tv is huge and love the seating area to watch the the view. The bathroom is spacious, a great shower with good pressure and it even has two sinks, nice touch. The rooms are so well cleaned, the mirrors are streak free! Rooms are made up to an excellent standard every time and love the fragrance smell that they spray in the room. Everyone has been friendly and attentive. The food is the only minor criticism that I have, it's nice and fills you up but could be better since it's quite pricey for what you get.

Not the first time I have stayed here and certainly won’t be the last, never fails to impress. Great location great beds.
