I really quite like this hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms.. good water in the fridge. Gym is nice and clean. I would say the front desk staff are not overly friendly.

The hotel was really lovely compared to others in the area. We walked to the tower from our hotel it took 40 mins. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. We could see the sea from our room, the pleasure park backed on to the back of the hotel it was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely for £19 per person
I would recommend this hotel for your stay. The tram is across the main road to the left
To get to the tower they only take card payment.

After paying a LOT of money to stay here I was then shocked to find we didn’t have breakfast included! Would cost another £60 and also had to pay £25 for the night to stay in there own car park! Lovely hotel but definitely not worth the cost! Could get a 5 star in a lot better cities for a lot cheaper! Staff all lovely though!

Room was lovely as was the hotel, I guess there's a bit of a wow factor for Blackpool.
Breakfast is not worth paying for, quality and quantity are poor, I've honestly had better all you can eat breakfast options for less money and higher quality.

Very nice hotel, the only couple thing that lets it down are:
1…No information in rooms about dining room opening times, facilities or local information.
2. Breakfast okay, but no omelettes, no mushrooms, just felt that it could offer more.
But all in all very nice hotel

The atmosphere wasn’t warm. Some staff seem stressed/overworked. Impressed with one gal in the dining room that brought us croissants, jam & water as we were disappointed there was no food service between 11am-noon. Not happy with having to walk around the back of hotel in the dark as the glass doors out front to the Promenade are kept locked. An idea would be to install a card swipe for guests to access.
