ブリタニア ホテル ボルトン

トライアスロンの大会で利用をしました。 立地は駅から4キロくらい離れてます。 そこは気にならなかったですが 別の部屋に宿泊してた 知り合いがチェックインして部屋に入いろうとしたら別の部屋の男性から エッ○な誘いを受けたそうです。 （NOと断ったらお金払うからみたいな仕草をされたとの事） スタッフさんは感じは良かったですが カードキーが よく使えなくなり 1日に1回はフロントに行って変えて貰ってました。

受付で　別の方と間違えられ　二重請求されました　何度か説明し納得され　請求は取り消されてました　その他特に問題なく　対応もよかったです

Room very standard and dated. Hotel from outside wasnt very nice. Felt a bit like a prison.

Parking was safe and easy. Room was clean. Staff were really friendly.

Great parking facilities and local food takeaways. Room was cold but the hotel provided extra heating.

Rooms bathroom smelt, using/something unpleasant, bathroom door didn’t close/lock, carpets worn, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, towels fluffy and that’s a positive Guests smoking cannabis outside the entrance doors with security stood there is an utter joke!! And stinks!!!

Cannabis fumes throughout the bedroom corridor. Security guard stood right behind you when checking in. Shouting and commotion throughout the Saturday night there, with banging on my door in the middle of the night, which was terrifying. Room was shockingly bad and was in need of condemning. It was 30-40 years out of date and was battered. Spoke with some of the people staying there and it’s used extensively as a place of asylum and refuge. The entire place is run down and is more like a run down hostel than a hotel. This was the worst “hotel” experience of my entire life and in my humble opinion the place should not be advertised as a hotel. It has taken blood, sweat and tears to obtain a refund from Britannia Hotels, who have been so un-cooperative with my booking agents, Hotel.Com. It’s been a truly terrible experience for me and I would advise everyone to stay well clear of Britannia Hotels. On a more positive note, I would like to commend Hotels.Com for assisting me in getting justice and a refund from this shady outfit and for that I am truly grateful.

For the price the rooms were lovely and clean the staff were kind and helpful Nothing was missing and even though the facilities are aged it’s very obvious they are well looked after. Bed was large and quite comfy and bedding was also clean and comfy. Late checkout was £10 for 1pm which is amazing I have no complaints and will be returning

Check in and check out was easy, the room was clean and there was free tea and coffee. The hotel communal areas were very clean and the staff were very polite. Perfect for a budget stay.

This is ideal as a base to the area it was clean staff were lovely, plenty of parking. Basic but lovely

Checked in was giving my key card and told where to go, he didn’t explain anything to me or my daughter.

Plenty of parking. Stayed 7 nights....room was cleaned once. Smelly carpet and heating didn't work. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was average.....no orange juice for couple of days.....today no hash browns... something always missing

Stay 1 night, i had car, i need just sleep, so everything was fine, not many exepecktation i needed

Dirty walls, dated and tatty furniture. Bathrooms need replacing. Worst of all though…. There was no soap in my shower dispenser, reception did offer me a block of hand soap though…. Not great at all.
