トライアスロンの大会で利用をしました。 立地は駅から4キロくらい離れてます。 そこは気にならなかったですが 別の部屋に宿泊してた 知り合いがチェックインして部屋に入いろうとしたら別の部屋の男性から エッ○な誘いを受けたそうです。 （NOと断ったらお金払うからみたいな仕草をされたとの事） スタッフさんは感じは良かったですが カードキーが よく使えなくなり 1日に1回はフロントに行って変えて貰ってました。

受付で　別の方と間違えられ　二重請求されました　何度か説明し納得され　請求は取り消されてました　その他特に問題なく　対応もよかったです

The room didnt smell nice and the beds werent comfortable. The hotel is in need of some maintaining The room didnt look the same as the photos on the Internet The room had lots of noise from outside and on the second night there were people shouting and arguing on the floor above which then carried on outside.

Clean room and great parking . Best value for money hotel

I choose this hotel regularly as they are so helpful and the staff make me feel very welcome and my room is always of a high standard

We are a family of 5 so had to book 2 rooms. They managed to allocate rooms close to each other. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The reception was manned at full level at 23:30, which was very impressive. The staff were excellent. The building & amenities look a bit dated, but for the price we paid, we can’t complain. Will stay there again if needed.

Really poor service. Had to wait 30 mins for a pillow and was questioned as to why we need one

Unbelievable experience arrived at the hotel to be told we must supply a passport or driving licence to stay at the hotel which is a bloody joke unlike the massive % of the chain that house refugees with 0 I'd but I guess that doesn't count

Helpful staff, clean room. For the price £55... this was a great hotel.

Clean and tidy with all amenities, staff friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is on the outskirts of town it would be walkable on a nice day or just grab a local cab or uber. Dinner options in town a varied, you can also dinner at the hotel.

Disgusting room bugs all in the shower and bathroom got a full refund that’s the only good thing
