バース中心街からも徒歩でいけるのでアクセスが便利。 そこまで高いわけでもないので節約にはいいと思います。 ホテルの朝食は別料金ですが美味しくいただけました。

町の中心部から徒歩で１０分。この規模の街だと、ちょっと不便に感じる距離かもしれないが、ホテルの雰囲気は非常によかった。大きなツインのベッドにスペアのベッドを入れても十分な広さの部屋は快適でした。 朝食時に団体とかち合ってしまったのは残念でしたが、それよりもおいしい食事に満足しました。

BATHの駅から歩くと20分ほどかかります。同じようなB&Bが並ぶところにありました。かわいい建物でした。中も新しくはなく、エレベーターもありませんが、かわいらしいお部屋で、壁紙や照明などもおしゃれでした。部屋には手作りのショートブレッドが置いてあり、とてもおいしかったです。朝食は頼んでいませんでしたが、その場で頼むことができ、8.5ポンドでおいしい朝食が食べられました。スタッフもやさしくフレンドリーで、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。

Staff were lovely and location for bath city centre was great. Unfortunately would not stay again as our room was freezing when we got back at 11pm and heating did not come back on till the morning.

Lovely stay in Brooks Guesthouse. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and most accommodating. Brooks Guesthouse is a short walk from Bath City so the location was perfect.

No lift so beware if you have heavy luggage

The owners were very gracious and friendly. The room was very, very small for two people each with suitcases. There is no lift and the room was on the second floor.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Loved the location which was a quick walk to the city center and close to restaurants and parking. The rooms were slightly small but we were out most of the time and were there only for one night so it served us well.

Easy walking access to all the main tourist sights. Although the room was quite small it was beautifully decorated and very clean.

It’s a cute place and we enjoyed our stay. Cindy beds. Clean. And we relaxed in the common room in the evening which was nice.

Very friendly staff, fantastic service

Steep stairs. Attic room where I bumped my head in both bathroom & room.(I am 5’8”). Food was excellent. We only stayed 1 night but I felt we were overcharged. Breakfast definitely should have been included.

This property was in a location close enough to the city center, but removed enough to be quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, my overall visit was mostly overshadowed by the intense basement/mildew-type smell that permeated my room, to the point that my clothes gathered the scent. The carpet and duvet were stained, and the room became fairly chilly at night (a portable heater was provided, but was insufficient). Overall the facilities are in dire need of an update/renovation, for cleanliness' sake.
