We booked a one night stay and had plans so didn’t spend much time in the guesthouse but we were welcomed when we arrived and were shown around the facilities. Our family room was just the right size, decoration was lovely, very clean and the beds were comfortable.
We parked in the Charlotte Street carpark which was very close using the path that runs from opposite the pay machine and toilets, down to the street.
Very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants, it took us around 10 minutes.
We would happily stay again and for longer.

Really nice feel to the place, near long stay parking, very central and close to Royal Crescent. Everyone very nice and everything very tidy too :)

Great location! Close to everything. Staff very helpful. Rooms were clean.
Unfortunately, the rooms were on the second floor and even though we were seniors, there was no one to help us with taking our luggage up and down. It was very stressful.

Staff were lovely and location for bath city centre was great. Unfortunately would not stay again as our room was freezing when we got back at 11pm and heating did not come back on till the morning.

Lovely stay in Brooks Guesthouse. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.
Staff were very friendly and most accommodating.
Brooks Guesthouse is a short walk from Bath City so the location was perfect.

The owners were very gracious and friendly. The room was very, very small for two people each with suitcases. There is no lift and the room was on the second floor.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Loved the location which was a quick walk to the city center and close to restaurants and parking. The rooms were slightly small but we were out most of the time and were there only for one night so it served us well.

Steep stairs. Attic room where I bumped my head in both bathroom & room.(I am 5’8”).
Food was excellent.
We only stayed 1 night but I felt we were overcharged. Breakfast definitely should have been included.
