場所がわかりにくいが、マーケットの向かいという面白い立地。シャワーの出が良くて最高だった。スタッフがとてもフレンドリー。

ホテルから出るとすぐマーケットなので週末は活気があります。その分、夜に煩かったりしますが、飲みに行くには良いロケーションです。お部屋はコンパクトですが快適に過ごせました。

The room unfortunately was not up to scratch; the bathroom was not set up for two people, the television didn’t work and I think for £130 p/n they’re could be improvements. Great staff and location.

Convenient and comfortable stay

Great location for exploring Bristol and if you’re planning day trips, as the bus station and train station are easily walkable. Staff were very friendly, though I did have to ask for something a couple of days in a row. The breakfast area looks very inviting. My room was a fair size but a little on the scruffy side - possibly due to damp, as the extractor fan isn’t great and the windows don’t open much, so lots of condensation. WiFi was terrible, ending up using all my data - as the connection constantly dropped out. Bed was comfy but I’d recommend a pair of ear plugs for the thin walls. Overall a positive stay and I would stay again despite these issues.

Brilliant fun to stay on the trailer! It’s a bit humid, I had to open the window for a few hours while we were out to get rid of the humidity smell. Apart from that, it was great! I would come back!

Unfortunately we had two issues at this hotel. Firstly we had room 11 which had a strong smell similar to cat wee. We were then given room 18, which seemed fine until we opened the door to the en-suite and the same smell was strong in there. This smell was only in the rooms not any public areas. Secondly there was music blasting loudly from venue adjacent to the hotel along with noise from people using that venues outside area. This continued until the music stopped at 2am, and the venue cleared of customers around 2.40am, so no sleep. We would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were small, clean, with tea/coffee facilities. Rest of hotel was nice and clean. Hotel is situated in a busy and bustling area of the city centre. Close to lots of places to visit within walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Hidden gem right in the heart of Bristol we stay here once a month its got such a good location for exploring the night life. My wife is quite fussy with bed ,shower size of room and she loves this place.

The guest house is great, the room is great, the location is great... but the bed is awful. The mattress was mega soft and worn, which made it impossible for two people to sleep properly as we both rolled in towards the middle. Terrible night's sleep. We were in room 10 - maybe the beds in others are better, and if they are, we would come back as everything else was lovely. But as it stands, paying to not sleep isn't great.

Room overheated with no A/C. Windows needed opening as a result but area has significant street noise till at least 0300. No blinds or curtains fitted only shutters which were insufficient to keep light out. Would not stay again on this basis.

Stains on seats, old and tired, had to wait 20 mins for the room to be finished but unlike the other couple also waiting we were not offered complementary breakfast forbthe delay, for the price we paid it was seriously underwhelming for £135

Stayed in caravan 4 on the roof which was ideal for me. It was comfortable, the shower was good and I slept well. It does need a bit of tlc, the roof light blinds in particular

All staf were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

The room was basic but clean. The staff were polite. The breakfast very nice and the selection was good. There was confusion relating to the parking discount at the Galleries Car park. We stayed two nights and were advised to show our ticket on check out. We used the car to travel around on our first full days stay. As such, we were only able to claim the discount for one night. Had we been advised to show the ticket daily we would have received the car park discount for both nights.

The staff here were amazing, professional and friendly. Fabulous location for wandering around Bristol. We stayed in one of the vans and whilst it was quirky, it was tired. The bathroom door was loose, the bracket on the wall was loose and it had stained curtains. However the bed was so comfy. Would stay again but in a normal bedroom next time.

Clean room. Appropriate for price paid. Central location.
