Cosy, clean and quiet. Spent a lovely night at Brooks' with a small fountain gently bubbling outside my window, in a well-kept and extremely comfortable room. The bathroom was clean and tidy too. Super-central. I didn't have breakfast but it looked great when I walked through as I left. All the pictures give a good indication of the guesthouse, and the staff were really chilled and helpful. Great friendly service, and they wanted to make sure that everything was as it should be. Heading back again for work this coming week, and looking forward to it.

Great Central location, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. We'll presented and clean rooms. The hotel ticked all our boxes for a long weekend city break.

Good central location but also noisy (people and extraction fans from nearby establishments), Windows effective at keeping noise out but left room stuffy. Cleaning could be stepped up. Shower head limescale / calcium build up. Dusty window shutters and lamps. Bathroom with small sink made it difficult to use without getting water on floor. Too many friction points to make this stay enjoyable. Would not recommend or return to.

Staff was great. Good location close to town center. Building was however quite old and room didn't have any AC - the fan in there was very handy so it's good that it was included. Room was however still very hot and struggled with sleeping there. Shower wasn't maintained as it made a weird squeaky noise from the hose when run.

Nice room. But it was so noisy. Situated above a club and the when the DJ stops theres multiple bin trucks and delivery vans from early early morning. The double glazing helps (although we were there during the bank holiday heatwave so couldn't leave the windows closed all night) but even with what the windows block out there are still multiple fans and air systems within the hotel going off throughout the night. Overall comfortable room but wouldnt stay again due to noise.

Just wanted to say how amazing the staff are. We were greeted by Kyle, who was super friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall experience of visiting Bristol. Many thanks to Kyle and the guesthouse team. A lovely location in the centre of city activities and yet a very quiet place to stay.

Easy chill check in, nice room comfy bed. Good price for bank holiday weekend. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of the city - our room was noisy from the outside bars and clubs with the window open, but this wasn’t an issue as closing them soundproofed the whole place. Bathroom very small - not much space for getting ready etc. But not an overly big issue. Overall lovely.

The room unfortunately was not up to scratch; the bathroom was not set up for two people, the television didn’t work and I think for £130 p/n they’re could be improvements. Great staff and location.
