The rooms were very clean, the food was outstanding. The bar staff were excellent and catered for you're every need. The views are breathtaking, well worth the stay. We would definitely book again.

My room smelled like a sewer so requested a new room. There was another lady there who was so disappointed with the room and bathroom that she left the hotel. The en-suites are actually tiny pod bathrooms, kind of like a caravan. I am 5ft 4in and could sit on the toilet and touch the the walls on either side. The towel was small and thin. I was given an empty, dirty tea pot with my cream tea. The manager blamed the poor service on the the fact that no one wanted to work. The fireplaces were not lit, which would have been a nice ambiance for the lead up to Christmas. But... the food was good and there were a few lovely staff. The common areas are nice. I would not recommend a stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. The view from our room was also breathtaking. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

The whole experience at the hotel was amazing. Would 100% recommend a stay there!!

The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely attentive. The only thing that disappointed for us was the ensuite facilities, otherwise top notch

Room was clean, Beautiful views. Lovely hotel but the four poster bed was so creaky everytime you turned in the bed it woke us up. The bathroom was tiny. I was told it was a ships bathroom, Roughly 7ft long and about 2 1/2 ft wide. It did make us laugh , but when you pay a lot of money for your stay.

The room was very small but had everything we needed and was comfortable. The shower was poor. Not much hot water . Breakfast was very nice but not very hot on the first morning. Lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was newly decorated and clean & tidy. Had to complain as it was very cold and the radiators weren't working efficiently. Staff quickly helped out with a portable heater.
