My room smelled like a sewer so requested a new room. There was another lady there who was so disappointed with the room and bathroom that she left the hotel. The en-suites are actually tiny pod bathrooms, kind of like a caravan. I am 5ft 4in and could sit on the toilet and touch the the walls on either side. The towel was small and thin. I was given an empty, dirty tea pot with my cream tea. The manager blamed the poor service on the the fact that no one wanted to work. The fireplaces were not lit, which would have been a nice ambiance for the lead up to Christmas. But... the food was good and there were a few lovely staff. The common areas are nice. I would not recommend a stay.

Beautiful views.
Lovely hotel but the four poster bed was so creaky everytime you turned in the bed it woke us up.
The bathroom was tiny.
I was told it was a ships bathroom,
Roughly 7ft long and about 2 1/2 ft wide.
It did make us laugh , but when you pay a lot of money for your stay.

The room was very small but had everything we needed and was comfortable. The shower was poor. Not much hot water .
Breakfast was very nice but not very hot on the first morning. Lots of choice.
