fairly good hotel at this price. i stayed with my family and room is bit small but cosy enough for us. thanksfully room has been cleaned up everyday.

Very small room and had to carry luggage three floors with no elevator, up a tiny staircase. Check in is in a separate building (near by)

Great location. Lots of lovely cafes nearby and the area felt safe! Stayed in a 4 person room which was at the very top - it was very warm being up in the roof due to hot weather, but fans were provided which helped a lot! Luggage storage was provided for early arrival. Only suggestion would be a little more storage - perhaps some more space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a great experience for a really good price!

Great place to stay for its value

well had a great stay. was not sure before booking but got a great stay and was also upgraded. the rooms are well maintened with all the amenities needed. great hotel for a short stay

Who won't like this hotel: - Americans expecting an American-styled hotel - People who have trouble walking up & down stairs - People who need air conditioning (most hotels in the UK do not have AC) The Comfotel is in Hammersmith, a nice, neighborhood-y place next to Chelsea, which is gorgeous. The Hammersmith tube station is about a 10 minute walk door-to-door. The building is an old row house. This is the common build for these neighborhoods, so do not expect a big welcome area. These are tall, narrow buildings that were built in the 1800s. The stairs are narrow, so anyone who can't do/doesn't like stairs is not a good fit. There is no elevator. There are dings and worn paint, but the property is very clean. It's just an older build. The housekeeper is a lovely woman. The rooms are safe, clean, and comfortable, but size may be an issue for some. My room was a single and was about 75 square feet. There was no bureau for clothes, but there was some shelving and a mini fridge and blowdryer. If you are seeking a budget-friendly, basic accommodation, this should be fine. If you are used to more, then I am not sure this would be a fit. For me, the place was worth the money.

Camera un piccola (quadrupla) e anche piccolino il bagno, ma tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene. Personale gentile, la stanza veniva sistemata ogni giorno, ma punto super a favore la posizione che sta praticamente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di Hammersmith.

La camera è da 3 stelle come da prenotazione. Non ti aspetti nulla di più del minimo sindacale. Ma per londra va benissimo. Asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni. Rifanno i letti. Manca condizionatore e areazione dai bagni che non sono finestrati. Ma come appoggio va benissimo

Great location. Tube stations and restaurants nearby. The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable. No bedside light, and nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom, but TV, hairdryer and kettle with tea/coffee. Perfectly satisfactory for the price paid. Wanted to leave suitcase at hotel, but reception was closed in the morning. I later discovered reception staff member was asleep inside the office. Soured my experience of an otherwise satisfactory stay

It was very hot. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and we wiped it down ourselves. Staff was not very helpful.

La zona espectacular

Not the best hotel, but not the worst either. The bed was very low above the floor, almost like sleeping on a bunk bed. Room is very small, but fair enough. No breakfast included. The location is a short distance walk from the subway station, 10 minutes maybe.

Very supportive staff at the reception and a very clean hotel ! I had an issue with my key and it was immediately fixed. 10 minutes walking distance from the underground, close to nice cafes and restaurants.

Lovely clean and spacious room

Nice location, but the room was a little bit tatty. There are limescale stains and toilet odours in the bathroom and the windows don't close properly. There was a length of detached lead roofing clattering against the window all night which interrupted my sleep.

It was very clean! The lady who cleans was so friendly and sweet! We loved chatting with her! There were great restaurants nearby.
