リフトのスイッチが時々反応しなかった。 仕方なく階段を利用しました。 その他は良好でした。

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights.

The room was clean but the heating wasn’t on at night. There was also the sound of a motor running. A member of staff supplied ear plugs when requested. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel should warn people that there is a problem with parking to book in.

The room did not meet standards and wasn’t as advertised. The radiator was very noisy (required maintenance) Hotel was also outdated from the outside appearance Staff were very friendly and helpful

Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh without being intrusive. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of options, all well-prepared, and the dining area had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to start the day on a positive note. The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to walk to key attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. I also loved the hotel’s attention to detail, from the stylish décor to the calm, welcoming ambiance throughout the building. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuinely excellent service.

The room was good and the staff were very helpful and had a very nice breakfast The only downside was that there were no plug in points beside the bed for phones/ watches etc Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you
