チェックアウト後、荷物を預かってほしいと頼んだら、そこに置いておいて、と言われたが、7時間後に取りに戻るとそのまま放置してあった。

滞在中は水の流れてる音がうるさかったです。

間際で１泊の予約。シングルで￡６２。部屋は狭いし書類やスーツケースも広げられない。窓も家具で隠れているので採光なし。だが、Glouctester Road 駅から徒歩圏４分。スーパーや種々のレストランも近い。滞在目的にもよるが長期間の滞在でなければ、泊まれればよいという感覚であれば十分。

滞在目的の場所や地下鉄（ピカデリー線）の駅に近いので個人的には重宝している。値段もロンドン市内のホテルとしてはお手頃。ただし部屋や通路は狭いので快適とは言えない。ホテル周辺のレストランは高価だが、目の前のスーパーで買い物をすれば食費を節約できる。ハイドパークも近いし、ロンドン市内の観光にはお勧めだと思う。

ヒースロー空港からもtubeの乗り換えなしで行ける、ロンドン観光にも使いやすい交通の便が良いホテルでした。レセプションの方も、若そうな方が多いが丁寧に対応していただき、安心感を覚えました。 全体的には不満はないのですが、一部リフトが故障していたこと、部屋に夏に出るあの赤茶色の虫が出たことを考慮して、この評価をつせていただきました。

ホテル内の構造が非常に複雑、部屋が臭いなどの点には目を瞑れるとしても、ホテルの方々の対応はこれまで宿泊した100件以上のホテルの中で最低なものでした。 宿泊費を二重に取られ、手続きのためお待ちくださいと言われ、待つこと30分。。すると対応なさったフロントの女性は私服に着替え「bye」と笑顔でホテルを去っていき、その無責任さに驚いた。交代の方に問い合わせるも、何と申し送りもされておらず、一から説明。「払い戻し手続きは2～3日で、最長で5日以内には完了する」と説明を受けたが、5日後にまだ入金されておらず再度尋ねると、支払い手続きさえも忘れていたとのこと。。普段怒ることの無い私ですが、あまりの無責任さにしっかり怒りを伝えました。最高責任者の連絡先も教えて頂けず、更には誰一人として謝る方は居ませんでした。結果的に無事払い戻しされましたが1ヶ月かかりました。イギリスに住んでいた私ですが、このようなお粗末な対応は初のことで、文化の違いでは説明が付かないものと考えます。そう言えば、夜間対応のフロントのお兄さんが口説いてきたり部屋に行っても良いかと訊いてきたのにも驚きました。

部屋が狭すぎだし、備品はバスタオル一枚だけ。フロントも夜10時前くらいの到着だったからか英語も片言のスタッフだった。

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The TV didnt work. There was no hairdryer. The sink was tiny so water went all over the floor. The bathroom light stopped working when I had a shower! Only one towel provided and no floor mat.

Unfortunately the person who checked us in did not appear to know what he was doing. Upon entering the room the WiFi didn't reach out room. Our shower and shower door were both broken and almost unusable. The duvet was ripped and there was no remote control for the TV. Side note very small towels. Upon reporting all of these things at the time of checking in we were told that nothing could be done till the morning. When we checked out we reported it all again and where told that we should have asked for another room and it was the night receptionists first night. Bearing in mind we didn't check in till 11.30 a new room should have been offered not asked for by us. Such a shame as I have stayed here before and it was lovely.

La locación es buena y creo que es lo mejor que tiene el hotel. La alfombra y sillas estaban manchadas (y tengo fotos) las toallas mostraban manchas y la ducha no funcionaba bien. Paredes sin pintar, la cama no muy cómoda. Necesitan hacer mucho trabajo en este hotel para dar un buen servicio.

Much better than the reviews I’ve seen online but still nothing incredible. Room was as simple as it gets, no mini fridge unfortunately and not ventilation in the bathroom so the room always felt a bit stuffy. The elevator was very bizarre

Terrible accomodation. Recomending to close this hotel. Everything is very dirty. Hospitality worsed ever i have seen.

I saw mice in the room

Good location within Central London. Poor experience inside the hotel regarding room cleanliness and ventilation.

This hotel is nicely located in South Kensington relatively close to the Tube and surrounded by nice shops and restaurants...and it is very cheap. The hotel itself is run down, a bit smelly, and not a very attractive and comfortable place to stay. The promised bar didn't serve coffee or alcohol, the air condition didn't work properly and the window was instead held open by two bricks. The cleaning staff threw out one of my bags with souvenirs, and the hotel didn't reimburse me. I will definitely find another hotel next time around.

Arrived at hotel with confirmed booking from Expedia only to be informed by the hotel receptionist that they have no rooms available at the rate we paid.They however had room available for an additional cost. They confirmed they could see we had indeed booked and paid through Expedia but they would not honour this transaction. I was left with a young child in London and now where to stay. There were also other customers in the reception in the same position as us.

The hotel was adequate for my reasons for booking which was for easy and comfortable access to the Cromwell Hospital where my wife was having an operation. I was not requiring anything other than an acceptable place to spend the night and rest between hospital visits.

Was down for one night with my wife for a concert. Rooms were surprisingly decent size and clean and comfortable. Window looked out onto an enclosed wall space but we were not there for the views. Would stay here again. Hotel throughout was clean. Enjoyable stay. Bed was big enough and comfortable. Nice hotel

Dirty carpet. Dirty toilet bowl. Tatty furnishings. Chipped coffee mug. Good bed, and staff were friendly and good. Had what they describe as a superior double room, but definitely not superior!

This hotel was dirty, had broken furniture and the air con had been disconnected
