We booked in this hotel
So it was close to the venue
To watch torvill &dean
The last show
On friday 25th april 2025
When we checked in
We asked if there was 2 single beds
As it was me and my sister
And they said no
Unfortunally
Its 1 double bed
We said its fine
Soon has we got to our room
We had a call
To say they had a twin room
Available
And would we like that
They had a cancellation
So yes we accepted
The room was clean
Complimentary water, tea coffee
Biscuits, etc
Late check out next morning
11am which is really good
Breakfast served from 7am -11am
Which i think
Is great
Breakfast is amazing
Lots to choose from
I would 100% stay in this hotel again
And highly reccomend it to family
And friends

Comfortable room, beds and pillows. Second time staying in three weeks and second time had torn hand towel in the bathroom. I did complain this time - not what you’d expect in a four star hotel. Good choice on the bar menu.

Receptionist helpful, great location for resorts world. Breakfast pricey so didn't book it and didnt eat there so can't comment on food. Rooms nice, big TV and nice bathroom.

The communal areas around the bar and reception area was very sleek and modern but our room was very dated. Old fashioned furnishings showing signs of age. No mirror on dressing table which made it difficult to get hair/makeup done. We were woken very early by the cleaners room next door to our room suggest getting some sound proofing done. Bar didnt sell lemonade!

Excellent staff, unfailing polite and happy to help, even at what was obviously a busy time. Rooms are a good standard with hair dryer, iron and board, coffee making equipment. Food was very good and not unreasonably expensive for a big hotel. Highly recommended.

Lovely welcome to a clean and tidy hotel.
Spacious room which was comfortable and quiet for an overnight stay.
Very convenient for BPpulsd and Resorts World. Would certainly stay here again.

Holes in one of the hand towels and generally shabby furniture. Love the position of the hotel and the staff are very helpful but the hotel rooms are in need of a refurbishment. A pillow menu would be useful.

The outside surronding were beautiful and a lovely room however the showers was scolding hot. Unfortuanlty this was not checked.
Not provided any partial refund due to the shower being out of action, did inform the reception but this wasnt repaired till 10am ti which our train back was 10.45 .
Beautiful breakfast , just a shame we could not utilise the shower facilities.

Don't be caught out with expensive parking fees. Pay in the hotel not at the meter like we did costing us an extra £10, for the weekend. I think this should made clear on the booking site.
Hotel spotless, great food plenty of choice for breakfast, helpful staff, seating area nice and spacious.
