The heating in our room did not work so we had to move radiators from the living room into the bedroom to try and stay warm. The room clearly looked a bit run down there was tape in places. It just wasn’t what we were expecting from a suite.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our staying at Delta Hotels by Marriot Swindon. The breakfast was superb!

It was excellent experience. Everything was equally perfect.

Good size room but breakfast was a let down. No variety, jams and chocolate spreads left opened , no single dispensers. Made the setup look unclean unfortunately. Displayed cheese didn't look fresh. I believe I can get a better breakfast in a cheaper hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay and the facilities, including the gym and swimming pool. A very good breakfast with a wide range of options.

Room needs a bit more tlc. Outdated. Very disappointed with breakfast. Stayed there for 3 nights and decided not to bother with breakfast the last night. It wasn’t worth it. When we asked for hot chocolate they told us to help ourselves from the lobby. But it was so sweet wasn’t worth it. Terrible smell in the sauna and the steam room was not working. Not happy with my stay and would not stay there again.

Room was dated in need of refurbushment with attention needed in bathroom. Staff and facilities goiod.

Service was poor throughout, check in slow, bar service miserable and condiments came after I had finished my meal. Room was dark, heater noisy and walls so thin I could hear every conversation next door. First and last time I stay here

Stayed her for my wife's work Christmas party.

At the time of booking I was not made aware of a £7.50 daily parking fee and that as you pay the fee at reception they then inform you they will be taking a £50 deposit off your card " just in case".

The only clean part about this hotel was the reception area. It was full of rust in the rooms, dust and smelt like urine. Our tv constantly turned off whilst watching it and the blow dryer nearly singed all my hair off, I called reception and they advised I was doing it wrong although I had told them I was doing it correctly. A lady come up and pushed herself into the room to check the blow dryer. She realised what I was saying is correct and left to get me a replacement. There is signs saying”call if you need ice” which I done about 3 times and was told I needed to come down for it myself??? I also wanted to book on for breakfast whilst staying there but I was basically ushered out and was told “you need to pay” which I said I wanted to do when I entered the dining area. He told us we couldn’t and that we need to sit in the bar if we want coffee. We sat at the bar for around 25 minutes.. no one was there to serve us until I had to walk around to find someone to help. The stay was horrible, staff were rude, pool was freezing cold, full of drunks outside the hotel. Didn’t feel safe at all!
