Hotel and facilities great value for money, Restaurant expensive for dinner, and steak disappointing but breakfast great and good value for money.

everything alright, nice staff, clean room

Really friendly feel about the place staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was nice my son found it very hard to lift the lids off the hot food as they was rather heavy, okay for adults but he's 10 and wanting to be independent was too heavy for him.

I asked for car parking they didn't give for my whole stay and I ended up with a fine. They didn't ask if I wanted the room cleaning and when I asked the next night I was provided with towels but the. It wasnt cleaned the next night. Poor service I travel to hotels a lit wont go to Marriot again.

Great location, Great staff and lobby areas, Rooms were great, bathrooms a little tired. Pool area needed a lot of attention, the steam room was totally out of action and the fact there was a daily parking charge on top of the room charge was disapointing.

We were very disappointed with our stay and unfortunately will not be returning due to the service we received. While I was taking a short 15-minute break in the sauna, I left my toddler with my teenage daughter by the pool. My daughter was using her phone only to play a video for the toddler to keep her calm and distracted while waiting for me. A staff member told her not to use the phone, so she understood that photos were not allowed and put the phone away in the bag, facing only towards the toddler so she could continue watching the video. Despite this, she was approached again and told off, even though other adults around the swimming pool were openly using their phones without any issue. My daughter felt unfairly targeted and embarrassed. The staff were unsupportive, inconsistent, and lacked basic customer care. On top of this, the cleanliness standards were poor. The evening before, our toddler dropped fries under the table during dinner in the restaurant. The next morning at breakfast we were seated at the same table, and the fries from the previous night were still there. That says a lot about the level of cleaning and attention to hygiene.

EV chargers not working - staff really unhelpful. We had to plan in somewhere else to charge the car which was hugely inconvenient. Also had to unexpectedly pay for parking. Bathroom wasn’t clean and had mould in the tile grout. Room was small and dated. Lobby area was nice and breakfast set up was nice. However £14pp was expensive.

Hotel was modern. Staff at check in was polite. Paid for car parking,. The room was a good size with two double beds. Large bathroom and toiletries provided. Only issue was with the EV car parking had to try the charger several time and unfortunately it did not work. I appreciate that this is beyond the hotels control.

Excellent hotel, room was very clean & tidy, breakfast was excellent & the spa facilities were on point.

Man the receptionist. Most of the time your staff are somewhere else, even mid of the day, no one answers the phone!

Breakfast was amazing

Bed was way too firm. Uncomfortable nights sleep. Bar food overpriced. First time staying here. Pool was smaller then we were led to believe

The hotel was well equipped and well kept but the service in the restaurant was pretty poor.

Probably the most family friendly hotel I've ever stayed at in the UK, pool ans milk and cookies were great, as was fine family room.

Not the usual Marriott standard. Shower was dangerous as the temperature dial didn't work so I nearly scalded myself. Had to tell my kids not to use the shower. I reported it to reception and they refunded my parking charge as compensation but it was quite sufficient considering we couldn't shower properly! The mattresses were also of poor quality. Areas of the hotel were very old and needed updating. However, the rooms were clean and breakfast was decent.

Quick stop-off, but it was a nicer room with resort like amenities.
