I have stayed at this hotel three times. During my first stay, I was given a newer room, which was very nice. On my second and third stays, I got older rooms, but they were still clean and comfortable. I slept well each night. The staff were nice and friendly throughout my visits. Parking was available for a fee, but it was reasonably priced (£6.20 per night) and there were plenty of spaces. Overall, I had a good stay there.

空港からは近くアクセスしやすかったのですがシャトルバスの料金は5ポンドと少し高め。部屋でのwifiも弱かったのですがお部屋は広く清潔感があり1泊する分には申し分無いホテルでした

The property is very dated and unclean. We had hair in our beds and the heater was broken and on all night. The breakfast was very average and alao had hair in it. The transport from the hotel was efficient but very expensive for auch a short trip.

The hotel is quite shabby and has a strange odor throughout. The room was in a very worn condition, and the bed was quite hard. All I needed was a bed for the night and it provided that cheaply, but I would not recommend the hotel for anything other than that.

Staff were friendly and happy but the hotel is really run down, the room was nothing loke advertised. Back had a crack in it and was dirty. The furniture was chipped and scuffed. And the room was very noisy.

Expensive shuttle from and to The Airport. At 23h00 loud noises coming from above. În The morning the recepționist was rude, felt bothered by my presence. He actually dissapeared after talking to me just a few seconds. I do not recommend. It is far from the Airport, there are too many other decent Hotels near by

There were very rude and aggressive people smoking outside making threats. Maybe long term residents. This was more like a hostel and the staff were rude and aggressive too. Food was nothing but spaghetti bolognaise and they said the menu on the wall very old. A disgusting place with a disgusting attitude. I WILL NOT RETURN NO USE EXPEDIA AGAIN. I even put into the filter free parking but was charged £6.50 at reception. And ANPR meant i HAD TO PAY OR GET A FINE BY THE TIME I REACHED RECEPTION.

Upon arrival at their reception, I wasn’t greeted with warmth and a smile. The man was rather miserable and not very welcoming.
The bathroom was clean enough; although the bedroom area was thoroughly depressing, old, tired and in need of updating. Ripped headboard, it was like stepping back to 1986!

I booked for my fussy 21-year-old son, and the above are his comments.
"The only issue is that they had no swimming pool", he said.
Yea right! For the price I paid, he is Lucky; he got excellent customer service.
