Alexander welcomed us straight away as soon we walked in with a smile on his face, he also checked us in as it was quite busy at the reception desk.
He was amazing, so welcoming and so interactive
The room I stayed in was average, especially the bath tub, marks on the door, chipped , scratched furniture. Should not be called delux , not near

me, my partner and my friend really enjoyed our stay. the beds were super comfortable and the room was so nice, exactly like the photo.

朝ごはんが美味しい！
建物はちょっと古くて入り組んでいるのでたくさんの荷物での部屋への移動がスムーズじゃないがリバービューは良かった
駐車場は地下なので問題なかった
車で程近くにコンビニもあって便利だった

Good location, but reliable on boat service running (which it wasn’t on the Sunday morning due to low tide). Would have scored higher but another occupant was given a key to our room and attempted access twice late on Saturday evening. Duty manager was helpful next morning but it did mean a sleepless night

Clean and good hotel. The rooms and hallways are a little outdated. Very friendly and helpful personel and the breakfast buffet is outstanding.
Overall very good impression, location is ok, a little far from the touristic places but good beds and a prefect view of the Thames.

First heating was not working then after a few hours light went in the room please do not book this place waste of money and trip
