Nice staff. Good breakfasts. Good air conditioning in rooms.

The location is great. The views are awesome. There is a free ferry that takes you to the other side. There is a nice park across the street that you can walk through. There is a nice pub next door with great pad thai. The bad is that London is just a sucky city. Traveling 2 miles will take you 30 minutes walking or 30 to 40 minutes driving plus you have to wait like 15 minutes for an uber to arrive. So even though this is a nice location, if you're looking to just walk down and be in central London, this is not the place. I plan to never visit London again, because it's just too crowded. But if I did, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Updated, modern and beautiful! The family room was large and spacious. Perfect for our family of 5

Lovely room, very clean. The ferry experienced made the whole stay better. Breakfast was delicious, all the staff were very freindly and helpful.

Wonderful view of the river and really love getting the boat.

Located along the river. Very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room could use a little cleaning up. The carpet was wrinkled in some places. The living room furniture was not in good shape. Best to replace that. No microwave. Other that that this was a great hotel. I will stay here again for sure

Overall, hotel was grest. We were welcome withbthe traditional lovely cookies. It was welcoming to see theyd given my family two roo.s as oposed to the two double beds in a room, which I was online. Their boat taxi to the other side of the canary wharf was great to have. Only minus is their bath was so tiny that one adult size person could almost not fit in without your body touching either the wall of bath curtain

Been before this time just as good. The staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble ,friendly with a smile. No problem with rooms so clean helpful if you want something. So nice by the River Thames lovely at night.Its quiet nice for a break. Bus stop is outside not far from Station.Free water boat to go across river ,It’s so nice with balcony on top floor.

Lovely stay

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were placed in a room with a dumpster view, constant noise late into the night due to being close to the dumpster, and a dangerous bathroom floor drop that caused multiple trips and stubbed toes. The TV didn’t work, the security chain was broken, and we never received the fridge we requested. All of this was brought to the attention of the front desk staff. A loud party/event ran until close to midnight and staff did nothing when we complained. No heads up was given about the noise and no accommodation was made to help address it. Also, free breakfast was advertised on their own website, but we were denied it due to booking through Expedia, something that was a not clear. This hotel felt uncomfortable, poorly managed, and deceptive. We do not recommend it. Not to mention it’s 1.5 hours away from Heathrow and getting anywhere into the city centre is a nightmare given the location.

The breakfast was phenomenal!

Amazing views of the River Thames and Canary Wharf and the property had a great ambiance about it
