周辺に飲食店が色々あって行きやすくて良かった

バス停からも近く、近くにショッピングモールがあります。 6連泊でしたが部屋の掃除やシーツ交換など全く無いようで、バスタオルやトイレットペーパーなどもわざわざフロントまで取りに行かないとありません。 設備も、基本的に最小限しかなく不便でした。 またテレビやWIFIはオプション商法的でWIFIのみで20ポンドほど取られました。

Staff very helpful and the location is central to Milton Keynes which is good. Room is basic, but has everything you need.

I get that it’s a discount hotel, but surely you can supply pillows and duvets to give people a decent nights sleep - both were shockingly poor - don’t get me started on the noisy, inadequate aircon

Clean tidy but could do with putting a glass or bottle of water in the room

Broken outlets, broken curtins, bad drain in sink, dirty bathroom, no tv remote. Cheap but bad.

If you put the wrong date by accident they won't let you change it, and they won't refund you either. They're predatory and not helpful at all when you need.

Let’s be honest, this is a prime situation of getting what you pay for, and anyone expecting luxury, everything to be working perfectly, a fantastic state of cleanliness and a window show evaluate what that costs in the current climate. Completely adequate venue for an overnight stop, entirety of Milton Keynes is within 20 minutes walk

Many reasons for being poor. The bed was clean but the room was filthy. As a lone man the fake nails on the floor were not mine. Also pubic hair on the floor when I arrived. Not very pleasant at all. The rooms were not secure due to an issue with the key system and you had to wait for a staff member let you in.

The room was good, worth the price, with essential facilities, clean and tidy. Bathroom with shower was large enough.

One small issue with a broken card holder for lights , moved to a new room v quickly

Great service from staff member Kieran. Quick and easy check-in. I was visitng some old friends I hadn't seen for a while. Kieran was very friendly and offered a free upgrade. A nice surprise to start the weekend, thanks Kieran.

For what we paid, we can’t really moan. Staff in the reception area were welcoming and helpful with questions regarding parking. We stayed in room 223 which is a double standard room with a window. The room is very small, had to walk sideways down the sides of the bed to get into it as the gap is that narrow. Only hanging space is two fixed hangers on the wall, no other storage at all and with the room being so small we had to push our case under the bed when not in use. Bathroom amenities are good, plenty of hot water for two showers and fresh towels. Tried to use my hair straighteners in the bathroom so I had somewhere to sit them on but they wouldn’t work in the shaver socket (have everywhere else we have visited). There is a mirror in the room for getting ready but no shelf or anything to put items on which was frustrating. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the mattress slightly hard, only one flat pillow per person so altogether made for two really poor nights sleep. We did ask in reception for two extra pillows but were told they didn’t have any and needed to order them. Bedding and room itself was clean, the whole hotel appeared clean and the reception area smelt nice as you walked into it. Let down was an unpleasant smell in the corridor on the 2nd floor as you came out of the lift, thankfully we were quite away from it so it didn’t affect us. Good price, good location, good for one night max. Not sure we would stay again.

Usually would say you get what you pay for, but there's a difference between basic/budget and the room we had during our stay at this hotel. Rubbish left under bed from previous guests. One paper flat pillow each. Hard spring mattress. Dust everywhere. Unable to open windows at all. TV remote not working so unable to operate TV. Hallway our room was in smells awfully of damp, and the other hallways smell like weed. Really disappointed, worst night ever spent at a hotel, probably 2 hours sleep maximum. Just so uncomfortable.
