Incredible price per night £22. But only one shower towel for 2 guests and shower stacked at 38 degrees - boiling hot, unusable. No rubbish bin in the room, only one bathroom bin.

Good value but the shower door wouldn’t fully shut so water leaked under it. Just get someone to fix it and all great otherwise.

The room was good value. The staff member, Tina, was welcoming and hospitable, with a beautiful smile. The air conditioning worked well, and the location is perfect for accessing shops and other amenities.

Very basic. Toilet roll was on the sink, very thin towels.

The air conditioning worked very well, kept the room at the temperature I liked and was warm but not too warm. Shops such as M&S and Sainsbury’s within a reasonable walking distance.

Small room but ok. Good location. Easily got a parking space near hotel. Don't agree with having to pay extra to use tv.

la chambre est petite, mais bon cela n'est pas vraiment le problème, mais il n'y a ni table, ni chaise, ni étagère, même dans la salle de bains. juste un petit lavabo, j'ai du laisser mes affaires par terre, je trouve cela un peu limite, meme s'ils disent qu'ils reduisent les prix au maximum pour un bon prix, une etagere et une chaise chez Gifi ou Ikea ne coute pas cher . sinon la douche très neuve et jolie et le parking est très prés et vraiment très grand, il y a toujours de la place

100 points for the location. It was only a few mins from the railway station which made such a big difference. The staff was very helpful. The room was adequate, however I did see stains on the wash basin and toilet when I entered. TV did not work, kept saying there was no network and for these reasons I have given 4 stars. Otherwise it was perfect for a quick stay. Thank you.

I arrived just before 7pm to find a queue of people in the lobby, it quickly became apparent that there was an issue, a technical one. You had just one single member of staff on reception who was trying to deal with it. However it was a struggle and it took over half an hour to be acknowledged, let alone get a room. I was tired after a long day so it wasn't ideal but I appreciate technical faults happen. However, on identifying that without a key I had no access to light or heating I tried to address it with the receptionist but she stated there was nothing she could do so I had just my torch on my phone and the TV ( fortunately I had electric) to light the room. I and other guests were told we would get a key card in about an hour but mine never emerged and I couldn't leave my room to investigate. I kept checking to see if it had been left outside but by 11pm when I retired to bed it was still not there. Come the morning I had no choice but to continue to operate in the dark and even when at 09.20 am I called reception and a male said he would bring a key and iron I requested it never emerged. When I left, having to abandon any hope of light or an iron to aid my getting ready I was surprised to find a female on reception who herself was shocked that I never had a key and h as d experienced the issues I had This is shocking service, I have stayed many times and have never had anything quite so bad to deal with. Size was shocking! no cupboards, hooks, shelves. no space for anything, the pics of the room were from Barcelona which is terrible and misleading! its catered for backpackers and if you kept to your £35 a night calculations no one would complain and you would have return customers and good reviews. at £70 a night its a disgrace and no doubt bottom of the value for money hotel rooms. No one replied to our complaint to easy hotels which is about right from your company! never again!

Room was basic, but it had everything I needed. It was clean. the hotel is in a good location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The woman on reception called Mary is a credit to the organisation. She is always positive and makes you feel welcome. I can imagine that is very challenging as the public can be difficult.

Clean & perfect for a quick one night ‘a sleep.

Room was in a good condition apart from shower screen was hitting wall upon opening and heating wasn’t always sufficient to heat room. (Small blow heater given) Midway through early morning a unexplained loud noise for over 1.5 hours kept floor 1 up

Only complaint is uncomfortable pillows

The bed was very firm, and the floor despite being easy clean still had lots of stuff on it. Areas in the hallways on floor two stuck of sewage and bombed with air freshener. The room I was originally given also stunk of sewage and there was hair on the bed. The staff originally lied and said there was no other rooms. Though when another room was provided it was better though smelt of vinegar, floor wasn't particularly clean nor the indented areas on the beds

A hand towel as well as a bath towel.
