周辺に飲食店が色々あって行きやすくて良かった

バス停からも近く、近くにショッピングモールがあります。 6連泊でしたが部屋の掃除やシーツ交換など全く無いようで、バスタオルやトイレットペーパーなどもわざわざフロントまで取りに行かないとありません。 設備も、基本的に最小限しかなく不便でした。 またテレビやWIFIはオプション商法的でWIFIのみで20ポンドほど取られました。

Host was very welcoming and explained what the budget hotel had to offer, a great nights sleep all for a very reasonable price

There are no tea facilities in the room. Have to go to a venting machine at the reception. Hot water is free, but you can't even get that without the receptionist doing it for you. The room was bare. No where to put my luggage but the floor. Only 2 hangers. I wanted to hang a cardigan, a top and a pair trousers for each day and a just in case set of clothes. There is nowhere to put your make up bag or anything... no desk to do a bit of work. Just a bed and headboard with no drawers or surfaces to place you laptop. There was an alarm and were asked to leave the building. That one is beyond anyone's control I understand what i didnot understand is when I got to the reception the guy there explained what had happened but offered no apology. Just the courtesy. I am going back to my usual hotel. I wont be staying here again because for the same amount i get better elsewhere.

Great experience staying here - easy access to everything

The accommodation was fine but the image on the site shows a car park and the advert refers to parking but when I arrived there was no nearby parking and I had to pay £20 in a long stay car park near the station as the nearest available. I had chosen it due to parking being available so was very disappointed this was misleading.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a good location. The rooms are basic, but they have everything you need. The rooms are clean . I have been using this hotel for the last 4 years.

I booked a window room, but when I checked in, the hotel told me no window rooms were available and gave me a box room without a window instead. The room was very uncomfortable, and I struggled to sleep there. I often had to go out and stay out until I was completely exhausted, just so I could come back and fall asleep straight away. This was very disappointing because it was not the room I had reserved, and I was not informed in advance. The stay did not meet my expectations at all.

Fantastic stay. Gareth was very welcoming and friendly when we checked in. Nothing was to much trouble for him. He got me a hairdryer, iron and ironing board when I asked him. Parking was £6.50 for 24 hrs. We stayed 2 nights. Ideal place to stay. Between the hub and shopping centre. AC was fab in our room. No kettle in room but you can purchase tea/ coffe downstairs from the machine which is £2.50

Helpful staff and the room was clean.

Bed was terrible as were the pillows. We left after one of our two night stay and booked a premier inn where we knew we would have a comfortable bed. Won’t stay at an easyHotel again.
