安宿なので設備などに期待はしていなかったが、部屋は清潔でスーツケースも広げられて良かった。 ただし、スタッフの対応に疑問が残る。 チェックアウト後（出たその日）に部屋に忘れ物をしたいたことに気づき、すぐにメールを送ったが、返事が来たのが2日後だった。 次に、返信内容が海外からの旅行客に対して「電話をして！」という内容だった。（海外で電話できる携帯持ってなかったらどうしたらいいのか…） また、確実に部屋に忘れたのに、「ない！」と言われた。 服だったので目立つと思うがないとのこと。 チェックアウト後に忘れ物がないかなど確認してないと思われる。 もしくは、めんどうくさくて嘘つかれたのか？と疑ってしまう。 捨てられたのか、ベッドに忘れたと思われるのでシーツと一緒にクリーニングへ出されたのか？ 忘れ物は私のミスであり責任である。 しかし、多くの他のホテルが、清掃時に忘れ物を確認を行っているので、トラブル防止のためにも忘れ物のチェックくらいはきちんとするべきだと思った。 こちらに泊まる際は、部屋を出る時にきちんと忘れ物がないか確認してから出たほうが良いと思う。 スタッフの対応が遅いなどを除けば、 レセプションのスタッフの愛想よ部屋は悪くないので値段の割に良いと思う。 Room is clean. Reception staff is good. But.. They don’t check left item in room. They always take forever to email reply. I noticed that I forgot my item in hotel’s room after checkout. So I send email about that, but I received their email reply two days after. My lost item not small, they should be able to find easy but they shouldn’t. I think that they don’t check lost items in room after checkout. They throw my item. Lost items was my fault but many other hotels always check lost item after checkout, so I believed they would do without doubt.

Close to a bus stop from the city centre. Two super markets right across the road. No kettle in the room but hot water is available from a machine in the lobby for free (other drinks 2 pounds).

必要以上の物はなく、とてもシンプル。ドアは厚みがあり、室内は静かで、よく眠ることができます。OXFORDの街からもバスで10分ほどで遠くありません。

Good clean room as advertised

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff at check in with 24 HR support. Rooms have excellent air conditioning.

Room was very cramped, you have to walk sideways like a crab to get between bed and walls. No wardrobe, only two coathangers, only one towel (but reception happy to supply more if asked) odd because we booked for two people. Positives: Room very clean, mattress very comfortable, easy to use a/c unit. Shower room spotless and modern. Plenty of hot water. The wash lotions provided are good. Summary: If you want luxury, pay a five-star price. If you just want to clean up and get your head down this is just the place.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff and easy check-in. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay - bed, TV, shower. The temperature control was a bit fiddly to operate but once I got it working the room was warm. No tea/coffee making facilities or water glasses. There are a variety of places to eat and drink close by on the main road (Banbury Road) on which the hotel is located.

Great hotel, good location and staff, very clean, nice new facilities.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained room, functional albeit only a bed - no chair, table, kettle tea/coffee etc. Convenient parking on site but extra £15 per night. Fair room rate / value.

Clean looking hotel inside corridor and rooms only a few slight issues from me, lack of space in room no bins, no like side table to put things like cups on, no mirror on bedroom wall, tv good good good air conditioning and heating i would of stared this 5 if it had their other accessories that you normally have in hotdl room, only have a little bin for the bathroom, staff where really friendly, location looks closer then actually does in the map but its a good 2 miles bus seems better to catch like i did.

Ich wurde einfach in ein Rollstuhl gerechten Zimmer gebucht da sonst alles voll war.

Check in was quick and friendly (good). The housekeeping staff barged into my room at about 8am without even knocking - I was awake but this is incredibly rude and far too early given that checkout was supposed to be 10am! Receptionists in the morning were too busy chatting very loudly (including swearing) about presumably a colleague to accept my key card when checking out. Deeply unprofessional service.

Cozy, straightforward and good value for money

Its a standard easyhotel, so we didn't expect too much. The staff are very helpful, even though there was a self check-in/out screen. The room that we got we quite cramped, compared with the easyhotel rooms in some other cities we visited. However, it was clean and the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was quite adequate. It tends to be used by visiting schoolkids, so the corridors can get noisy. The location in summertown is far and takes 30min walk to city centre (at least), but there are great food and grocery shops around the area.
