安宿なので設備などに期待はしていなかったが、部屋は清潔でスーツケースも広げられて良かった。 ただし、スタッフの対応に疑問が残る。 チェックアウト後（出たその日）に部屋に忘れ物をしたいたことに気づき、すぐにメールを送ったが、返事が来たのが2日後だった。 次に、返信内容が海外からの旅行客に対して「電話をして！」という内容だった。（海外で電話できる携帯持ってなかったらどうしたらいいのか…） また、確実に部屋に忘れたのに、「ない！」と言われた。 服だったので目立つと思うがないとのこと。 チェックアウト後に忘れ物がないかなど確認してないと思われる。 もしくは、めんどうくさくて嘘つかれたのか？と疑ってしまう。 捨てられたのか、ベッドに忘れたと思われるのでシーツと一緒にクリーニングへ出されたのか？ 忘れ物は私のミスであり責任である。 しかし、多くの他のホテルが、清掃時に忘れ物を確認を行っているので、トラブル防止のためにも忘れ物のチェックくらいはきちんとするべきだと思った。 こちらに泊まる際は、部屋を出る時にきちんと忘れ物がないか確認してから出たほうが良いと思う。 スタッフの対応が遅いなどを除けば、 レセプションのスタッフの愛想よ部屋は悪くないので値段の割に良いと思う。 Room is clean. Reception staff is good. But.. They don’t check left item in room. They always take forever to email reply. I noticed that I forgot my item in hotel’s room after checkout. So I send email about that, but I received their email reply two days after. My lost item not small, they should be able to find easy but they shouldn’t. I think that they don’t check lost items in room after checkout. They throw my item. Lost items was my fault but many other hotels always check lost item after checkout, so I believed they would do without doubt.

Close to a bus stop from the city centre. Two super markets right across the road. No kettle in the room but hot water is available from a machine in the lobby for free (other drinks 2 pounds).

必要以上の物はなく、とてもシンプル。ドアは厚みがあり、室内は静かで、よく眠ることができます。OXFORDの街からもバスで10分ほどで遠くありません。

Clean and fresh. Great area to walk into oxford city centre and shops / cafes near by.

Cheap and cheerful

Room is very small . Pretty soulless . You wouldn't want to spend more than a couple of nights there. Tight room if you should need to get ready for a formal night and no storage provided other than 2 hangers on hooks. Cheaper than most but would only book again if Travelodge or Premier Inn were not available. Summertown is nice plenty of places to get breakfast and an evening meal. Good bus service into Oxford city centre

The room was too minimalist in nature not even a separate bin in the room. Staff ok.

Very easy check in, nice quiet hotel. Staff were friendly. Nice clean rooms with super hot shower… Parking is pretty expensive (£15 a night) but you can get free parking across the road after 6.30. Very basic rooms with no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Room was very clean and ideal for a short stay in Oxford with a comfortable bed. Hotel staff were also super helpful. Rooms are on the ‘cosy’ side, but not a problem if travelling light.

Excellent for the price

Welcome/Checkin: Though we arrived late, the welcome was very underwhelming and cold. Parking: We were also charged £15 for parking which is unusual when staying at a hotel. Room: Upon arrival in the room, we were very disappointed. The bed was a small double and there was barely any room to walk around the bed, no wardrobe and just 2 coathangers on the wall. The bathroom, though small, had sufficient amenities, however there were a few issues to note. The toilet seat was loose, the water pressure was very bad and there was only one towel for 2 people. Issues raised: We made do at the time because we'd had a long journey, but I raised the bed size and lack of towels on checkout, stating that I thought we'd been put in the wrong room, and was told that all beds are the same size (which customers need to be made aware of when booking) and that reception had extra towels if customers needed (which should be brought to customers attention when checking in or simply requested to room service to place the number of towels corresponding to the number of guests checking in). Overall, very disappointing and would not stay again. Suitable for solo/business travel only.
