安宿なので設備などに期待はしていなかったが、部屋は清潔でスーツケースも広げられて良かった。 ただし、スタッフの対応に疑問が残る。 チェックアウト後（出たその日）に部屋に忘れ物をしたいたことに気づき、すぐにメールを送ったが、返事が来たのが2日後だった。 次に、返信内容が海外からの旅行客に対して「電話をして！」という内容だった。（海外で電話できる携帯持ってなかったらどうしたらいいのか…） また、確実に部屋に忘れたのに、「ない！」と言われた。 服だったので目立つと思うがないとのこと。 チェックアウト後に忘れ物がないかなど確認してないと思われる。 もしくは、めんどうくさくて嘘つかれたのか？と疑ってしまう。 捨てられたのか、ベッドに忘れたと思われるのでシーツと一緒にクリーニングへ出されたのか？ 忘れ物は私のミスであり責任である。 しかし、多くの他のホテルが、清掃時に忘れ物を確認を行っているので、トラブル防止のためにも忘れ物のチェックくらいはきちんとするべきだと思った。 こちらに泊まる際は、部屋を出る時にきちんと忘れ物がないか確認してから出たほうが良いと思う。 スタッフの対応が遅いなどを除けば、 レセプションのスタッフの愛想よ部屋は悪くないので値段の割に良いと思う。 Room is clean. Reception staff is good. But.. They don’t check left item in room. They always take forever to email reply. I noticed that I forgot my item in hotel’s room after checkout. So I send email about that, but I received their email reply two days after. My lost item not small, they should be able to find easy but they shouldn’t. I think that they don’t check lost items in room after checkout. They throw my item. Lost items was my fault but many other hotels always check lost item after checkout, so I believed they would do without doubt.

Close to a bus stop from the city centre. Two super markets right across the road. No kettle in the room but hot water is available from a machine in the lobby for free (other drinks 2 pounds).

必要以上の物はなく、とてもシンプル。ドアは厚みがあり、室内は静かで、よく眠ることができます。OXFORDの街からもバスで10分ほどで遠くありません。

Nice room, it was was small but just what we needed and clean

Appreciated the on site parking. As advertised, the hotel is clean and comfortable with convenient access to the bus lines. Be prepared for tight quarters in the room, as there’s not an inch to spare!

The room was small but super clean and new - perfect for a 2 night stay. Excellent value for low hotel price.

Very good location, staff was amazing very nice cozy clean hotel. Area is really good close to everything. The only thing is the rooms are so so so small i got the double room with window its for one person no more .

Clean room Easy check in

Location was convenient, good transport links into the centre of Oxford and hotel was cheaper in cost than the more centrally located ones. Room was compact, okay for a few nights but may have been more of an issue if staying for longer. No chair or table, no tea/coffee making facilities. The only bin was located in shower room. Bed was comfortable but the room was far too hot even with the air con on. Window didn't open and air con too far away from the bed to make it effective. Made for an uncomfortable couple of nights sleep unfortunately. Shower room was perfectly functional if quite small. A separate hand towel or hair towel would have been appreciated. Overall it was a cheap hotel that was quite good value for money, just a few tweaks and it could have been excellent.

Sadly the windows do not open so the air ventilation is always on and making a loud noise all the time.

The room was incredibly small

Rooms are just too small unless you are literally just walking in and sleeping. I needed a desk to do some work and it was really quite a struggle to do anything.

parking was abit expensive, good location room was abit small

Located out of Oxford centre but with great access to the ring road, restaurants, shops and amenities. Limited chargeable parking onsite but good on street and car park facilities nearby. Clean simple hotel, no frills or opulence as your expect from this budget chain.

Does what it says on the tin ! Basic in its structure and running, cheap no frills 'easy' hotel, great for simple overnight stays. Limited parking spaces available.

All was good, room a little small and would of been nice to have a fridge of some form

We regularly visit Oxford and EasyHotell in Summertiown is an ideal location at extremely good value.
