Staff not helpful in reception causing me to pay a parking fine for both nights I stayed. Not directed to input my registration number on a tablet but had to write on a form a led to believe that was all I needed to do. Would not use this hotel again.

Very good property!

Séjour entre amis, dernière nuit avant notre départ, la réceptionniste hyper sympa et souriante, pour le bar restaurant du bas, on repassera sur le sourire et l'effort à essayer de comprendre, à 19h on avait déjà l'impression de les gonfler ! Hôtel dans son jus, pas récent mais au vu des avis on s'attendais à bien pire. A 18h en revanche le spa, piscine...est déjà clôt.

Just a short and basic stay, didnt need anything special

Booked room for a family stay including 2 kids: Room size was OK but the condition of the room was not good at all. We saw the dust coming out from the carpet when someone was walking in the room. Lighting was not enough in the room as 2 bulbs were damaged. Wardrobe door was broken and in poor condition. Hence, I had to be cautious when kids are using it. Bathroom curtain was in poor condition and can see that staff is not bothered to change. Moreover, exhauster was not working in bathroom which made other member difficult to use it. Personally, I don't prefer to use this hotel again.

Absolutely awful. Please avoid this hotel. I stayed here for two nights and here are my observations: Bathroom - fan stays on all night regardless of whether the door is shut and the lights are turned off making the room really noisy as the walls are super thin. No shower mat so the floor gets soaked as you get out. Some ridiculous tap filter so couldn't fill my water bottle properly. Bedroom - bed incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Sit on it for 5 mins and your bottom is numb. Sleep on your side and your hips hurt after 5 minutes. No plug sockets near bed - had my 3 metre cable with me and it still couldn't reach the top of the bed. Very cold in the room - heating didn't work Wifi absolutely shocking - kept dropping out Could hear everything going on in the room next door Doors banging left right and centre at all hours Room not cleaned after first night - would expect a bed make and clean towels/toiletries Toiletries awful and really tiny - the shower dispenser was full of water and no soap/shampoo Toilet paper like tissue paper I had to go and buy earplugs to try to sleep the 2nd night. Ropey Europa - you aren't wrong!!!!

My stay was very comfortable. Nice and close to the M23 ready for my journey back home.

All was great. Will stay again if in the area

I like my bed

Sleepless night on account of curtains in room not reaching below windowsill. Powerful Car Park Security Lights shining at eye level all night. Woken at 2:30am by someone banging on my door. Food was good and beverages were reasonable for a hotel.

Needs updating but rooms were clean, some noise from others in there room. Pool was overcrowded not appealing the gym was dated no free weights, just a few old machines. Not worth the £4 pp

Only reason I booked the hotel for the showers as my house bathroom under repair, no water in the hotel

The room was clean and spacious. Our dogs were very welcomed, although they were not allowed anywhere else in the hotel, not even the bar. We’re from Cornwall where dogs are welcome everywhere, bars, restaurants and shops. We were visiting family in the area so it provided us with a good base. We will stay here again on our next visit.
