Room was clean, useful amenities, nice backuard area and staff was helpful when we needed help.

Great location, easy access, good communication.

Absolutely awful. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm 90% sure it's a scam, as none of the information

Was in room 5. The converted garage. Firstly, mind the step down into the room. Bedroom area was spacious. Small sofa in the same space. Then through into the kitchen area which held the wardrobe and a little table and chairs. Lovely units and modern look. Everything we needed. Problem was with the back door leading outside. Loads of ants getting in. Not pleasant. Bathroom was tiny but fine. Good shower. This room needs a bit of attention to get 5 stars.

The studio apartment was beautiful at first sight. However, it was not cleaned. The floor was still dusty, the mattress seemed unclean as well. There were some towels left in the washer. The fan left in the room was hardly letting out any cool air. It was very difficult for us to cope with the heat with just the one device. In addition, we couldn’t connect to the internet, it was very slow and the tv wouldn’t connect either. They have great potential but they need to work on these things if they want to improve their stay for future guests.

This was exactly as advertised. All clean including sheets, towels etc. Two firm and two soft pillows. Basket with extra blankets. Had a decent fan as well. Host responded promptly and I had the access codes before arrival. Excellent location, right across from Finsbury Park making attending a gig really easy. I'll use again and would highly recommend. We were ground floor in one of the cheaper rooms as well, so all good.

Great for one night, but definitely wouldn’t stay any longer. The room was practical and in a good area & it was handy to check in without a reception. There was a mini kitchen but the freezer was frozen shut & had so much ice in it that the fridge wouldn’t close, so struggled to keep our shopping cold. There was a small fan as the AC wasn’t working, which wasn’t great as it was a super warm weekend in London. The room was nicely decorated but the blinds wouldn’t go all the way down so let lots of light in. Overall it was sub-par, but did the job

Absolutely brilliant, all the little touches just made me feel like I was at home, WiFi smart TV coffee, so tidy and everything seemed in tiptop condition

We booked this apartment months in advance and the date of the event that we were attending changed. We tried to call the number for the apartment supplied by Hotels.com to call and ask to amend the booking but the mobile number supplied was not working. In the end we got hotels.com to intervene but the accomodation supplier was unwilling to either amend the booking nor make a refund

Too hot. Small bathroom was decent.

Flies everywhere in apartment. Pictures do not match reality. Even though booked for 3 guests only two towels. Kitchen towel stained and possibly not clean. Much smaller than pictured- no staircase. Beware- not a good value.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space, which made it comfortable throughout. The photos didn’t match the property exactly, but the place itself was still nice. The staircase leading to the upstairs room was quite slim and a bit awkward to navigate, so something to be aware of. Communication could have been smoother, but in the end I felt the stay offered good value for money.

We booked an apartment in Finsbury Park Road and weee given a completely different apartment an extra 15 mins walk away. The stench in the apartment coming from the drains was horrendous and the "patio" was overgrown and had a black bag full of rubbish left on it. The contact was extremely unhelpful and is still not willing to offer any resolution Would avoid at all costs

Room was great, booked parking literally across the road on just park. Issue was communication - hotels.com weren't able to contact the provider. If you need to contact them use the WhatsApp number on your invoice. That works

Received check in detail one hour before arrival which I feel is a bit late, but the instructions were clear and we easily found the apartment which was in a great location for visiting the Emirates Stadium. It was clean and had everything needed for a restful overnight stay. Could easily have stayed a few more nights.

The property was really clean...shower head was broken and hole in wall. But messaged and they said they were going to sort it. Lots of amenities to use if staying longer,than a night. Bedding was clean & smelt amazing. Not a bad area tbh, and 15 mins walk from Emirates Stadium. Only probably is the staircase leading upstairs, is a not good especially if you had children, had to come down backwards, has felt unsafe. Spiral staircase quite tight to walk up or down. Price was reasonable & would probably stay again if need to be near Stadium. Convenient for Emirates & about 10 minutes from Finsbury 's Park Underground

After some initial confusion regarding payment (I thought it was being taken automatically via Hotels.com) we eventually got the passcode and address for the duplex apartment we were staying in. A little confusing that the address of our rooms was different to that on the Hotels.com listing and Finsbury Park Studios website. The person I communicated with on the day though was very helpful. Accommodation itself consisted of 2 large double bedrooms, the main one having a sofa, large tv and dining table & 4 chairs. Both bedrooms were light & airy with good storage. Modern bathroom with shower over bath. Small, dark kitchen (not like the picture on Hotels.com) but had sink, kettle, fridge, cooker, washer/dryer, iron. There was also lots of spare bedding & towels too. Furniture gave a modern mixed with old look, general decor was a little tired, but overall the accommodation felt clean. Situated on a quiet side street just off the main road with cafes, pubs, shops etc and opposite Finsbury Park itself & a 10-15 min walk from Tube Station. Approx 25 min walk to The Emirates Stadium. We had a comfortable nights stay & probably would return if in the area.

Avoid. Booking was cancelled the same day as I was supposed to arrive. Communication terrible, late and deliberately unhelpful. Review with extra details keeps being rejected but have stayed in this area many times and would book much further away than book here again.
