Communication for arrival was very poor and anxiety inducing. I was told I would receive an email with virtual check in details 24 hours prior to arrival and I did not receive this. Even after chasing myself (which I should not have to!) I did not receive information until 2 hours after the check in time! Considering it is the Middle of winter and heating not on upon arrival, it is outrageous. The Bed for the 5th person was not made up so had to do this ourselves, but there was not even pillows and no cover for the duvet which we found in a wardrobe. There was No hot water on arrival or at all throughout our trip. When contacting the property manager, they sent a ‘friend’ round to look at the boiler and he simply told us to keep a tap on for 2 hours. This did nothing and we had no hot water! When leaving the property for an excursion the next day I informed the property manager and requested someone to sort for our return that evening and to also bring more toilet roll. No contact was made or any effort to sort the problem until 8pm that evening when the children were asleep. This is simply not good enough. Before going to bed, I had to spend 2 hours continuously boiling the kettle and pans of water to fill up the bath enough for a warm wash. No customer should have to do this, never mind after a very cold day wondering around London with 3 young children. It’s disgusting service! Additional to these major issues, the property only had 2 forks in the kitchen for 5!

Whilst the location was convenient upon entry into the building firstly the door was hard to open and you could tell my marks to the knob that there were issues with it. Inside the cleanliness was quite poor, the fridge hadn’t been cleared and the microwave was absolutely dirty. Unfortunately I would not return.

This was not the apartment we were given, I asked for parking and when we arrived we were sent to a different property. There was all sorts of rubbish outside, people searching through the rubbish bags, check in was a nightmare, no clear instructions, I had to call a few times to getr answers and then was asked for payment again??? Flat had a musty smell, not a good experience at all.

The staff was good and communicated well but the room itself was not like the pictures. The shower head was not working was just stuck in the shower shelf . The sink would clog up so couldn’t keep water on for long while brushing teeth and the towels were run down and smelled like cigarettes. No hand towels or anything. The ease of getting in and out of the building was good but they had other guests that were up and down the stairs late at night and early morning. It was good for the one night we needed but I wouldn’t book there again. They need to do improvements to the room for a more comfortable stay.

It had everything you need in the room. Well catered for. Warm, quiet and a nice towel heater too.

Good value, but I was very confused by the housekeeping schedule

Apartment was at a completely different address to the site listing - 15 mins from the one stated. Upon arrival the front door was not only unlocked but WIDE OPEN at 4:30pm! Inside was run down, dusty and overall underwhelming. One of the glass panels next to the lock mechanism on the front door had been smashed and boarded up with plywood, for example. The apartment was also nothing like the listed pictures. Overall I felt incredibly uneasy as a female solo traveller. I contacted the host and they were dismissive and offered no real help to these issues. I was concerned about how long the front door had been open prior to my arrival and I’m pretty sure they made up an excuse to calm me down. I ended up getting my partner to travel across town to stay with me there overnight because I felt so unsafe, and had nowhere else to go at last minute. We checked out early the next morning and booked elsewhere instead of staying on at the property. AVOID!

The location was not that as it seemed booked on Expedia, it was some distance away from the room I thought I had booked. This needs to be made clear as I would not have booked the room. Good communication for entry, the entrance was dark, and needs a light in the entrance way to find your keys. Room was very warm and large double room at the rear was very comfy, quiet and dark. The large bed in the lounge/dining area was in a much lighter room and may not suit those who like a dark room. There was no TV remote, they isn't a manned reception but the communications were answered quickly. I had planned a night watching tele and relaxing but couldn't, by the time a remote was sent by Uber I had gone to bed, so didn't get it. So perhaps systems need to be put in place for a final room check before handing over to include this check. Beds were clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and a full kitchen (I could not find the light switch). There was even tea bags in the cupboard. bathroom was large, shower head couldn't fit, or I couldn't fit it so I had to hold for a my shower. It was not totally clean but certainly not dirty.

Our stay was incredibly disappointing. The thermostat in our room was broken — and the fact that there was already a space heater provided makes it clear this wasn’t a new issue. (They also then tried to blame it on us.) The door lock was also broken and unsafe, which wasn’t just our problem; we encountered several other guests locked out of their rooms, too. To make matters worse, the room’s cleanliness was appalling — I had to kill a roach in the bathroom. When we raised these concerns, we were repeatedly told we were at fault, which felt condescending and dismissive rather than helpful. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere — this place is not worth the frustration or the lack of basic standards.

Clean property, good facilities and comfortable beds

We really loved our stay, very helpful and responsive service, clean and spacious which is rare for London, lovely area with lots of green spaces and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The accomodation was in a great part of london however the apartment is not suitable for kids, elderly or larger people due to the narrow staircase for the second bedroom. Still a great place to stay for the younger folk!

Lovely property, rooms were very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Access information was communicated clearly and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again and for a longer stay!

The flat was newly furbished, very clean and has all facilities, the area was quite and nice

The apartment is very good and very clean. Easy get to get in and out with good support. Will definitely return when my path cross this way. Highly recommended.

Neither the address or the check in instructions were sent. I sent 3 messages that weren’t answered. Travelling to London not even knowing where the property was or how to access it was stressful to say the least. I rang the number twice to ask for the details, they were only sent 35 minutes before the check in time. Not sure if they would have been sent at all, without ringing to ask for them. Arrived at the accomodation to find a panel of glass on the front door had been smashed and replaced with cardboard. The apartment had clearly been broken into before, Not a great feeling when going to sleep at night. We booked the 2 bed ‘luxury’ duplex. Unfortunately, the second bedroom could only be accessed by a very steep and extremely narrow spiral staircase. This certainly wouldn’t be suitable for older people, larger people or for anybody with mobility issues. It could even be a fall hazard for those without any mobility problems when going to the toilet, (which was situated in the cellar) in the middle of the night. The garden is not accessible either , even though the photos suggest otherwise. The check out time was 11 a.m , yet a cleaner was banging loudly and persistently at 9 a.m in the morning- which not only woke us but also considering the lack of security, was quite frightening. 2 positives - comfy beds and a powerful shower.

Bad communication from the start from host. Never sent me link to get access to the property. This made me feel very anxious. Broken window latches in a downstairs apartment also gave me concern. Bed felt very flimsy. Sofa bed wasnt made up for third guest which was also very uncomfortable Had to make it ourselves too as host hadnt made it for us. Cold water for showers.

Clear instructions for an easy check in. The apartment was clean with all amenities needed for our stay. Great location. Things missing were recycling options for the kitchen area and waste bins provided in the bathroom areas. All in all a comfortable stay.
