とても良かったです！サッカースタジアムは遠いです。歩いて行けます また行きたいです。 部屋も大きくて、寝やすかった。 シャワーも我慢できるレベルでした。 駅も近いです。周りも治安も良くてオススメです。

This hotel locates near the staition. Staff is kind. But, nothing can be expected.

予約をする際利用者の評価がばらつきがあって少々不安もあったが、杞憂に終わりました。 駅と市内中心部に近い交通至便なＢ＆Ｂです。 ホテルの施設もやや古いものの部屋も広めで手入れが良く特に不便は感じませんでした フロントの対応もごく普通。 一昔前の駅前ホテルのイメージでとらえてもらえれば良いと思います。

Parking is terrible. Room size was adequate but absolutely no facilities such as kettle or working tv. WiFi was reliable and the bed was comfortable. Central location but not particularly a nice area and if you haveva car its not good

This place is very nice to stay. I enjoyed staying here.

Close to City centre and University of Leicester. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and shared bathroom were clean but basic. Value for money and would book again.

Easy property to find.

Room had a bad smell. I owns a different businessess. I also own a hotel and restaurants in Derby and wanted to stay near to Saxby street due to business and atlast moment I had to book a hotel just to sleep. Will not come back. Thanks

I never go back again

It was cheap and we didnt expect much. Thought there might have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room but instead you had to go downstairs and ask for a cuppa - just didn't bother after a while. No extras like hairdryers. In fact, the room consisted of a sink, a bed, a TV that we couldnt get a picture on, and 2 chairs. There wasn't even a hook to hang up any clothes. Quite quite basic - as there's no wardrobe or bedside table, we kept everything in our case. We knew it was a shared bathroom and that would have been okay if the previous occipant had cleaned their hair from the shower basin. That just put me right off using it. The whole place is really tired and in need of a refurb if im honest.

Excellent stay, proximity to De Montfort Hall was the reason for choosing the B & B, and was not disappointed for what we paid

Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, pillows were extremely firm, rooms were freezing almost the entire time, and the heating was on sparingly, wouldn't recommend you stay here.
