For the price I paid it was great. Large room, toilet and shower working and clean. Room was warm, bed was big and comfortable. TV worked and had remote. Could do with a table but for what it was £44 for a night, it was 5 mins walk to train station.

Simple accommodation. A sink in room with shared bathroom. Very clean with new carpets. TV and WiFi good. About 6 minute walk to railway station. Very good value.

Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us.

Parking is terrible. Room size was adequate but absolutely no facilities such as kettle or working tv. WiFi was reliable and the bed was comfortable. Central location but not particularly a nice area and if you haveva car its not good

I owns a different businessess.
I also own a hotel and restaurants in Derby and wanted to stay near to Saxby street due to business and atlast moment I had to book a hotel just to sleep.
Will not come back.

It was cheap and we didnt expect much. Thought there might have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room but instead you had to go downstairs and ask for a cuppa - just didn't bother after a while. No extras like hairdryers. In fact, the room consisted of a sink, a bed, a TV that we couldnt get a picture on, and 2 chairs. There wasn't even a hook to hang up any clothes. Quite quite basic - as there's no wardrobe or bedside table, we kept everything in our case.
We knew it was a shared bathroom and that would have been okay if the previous occipant had cleaned their hair from the shower basin. That just put me right off using it.
The whole place is really tired and in need of a refurb if im honest.

Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, pillows were extremely firm, rooms were freezing almost the entire time, and the heating was on sparingly, wouldn't recommend you stay here.
