夜遅くに到着したのにも関わらず丁寧に対応して頂きました。 ただ予約情報には駐車場利用可と書いてありましたが実際には歩いて6分かかる市営駐車場でした。ホテルからその件について直接連絡がきましたが予約後のことでしたので　サイトの表現としては駐車場無しときちんと書くべきです。 またテレビのリモコンは壊れていて手動でその説明もなく暖房も壊れていて新しい小さいものが設置されていましたが部屋の広さには全く効き目がないのでかなり寒かったです。 場所はカンタベリーの街中でしたがサイトの項目や評価とはかけ離れていました。 スタッフの方はとても親切でしたので残念です。

子供の大学院の入寮準備で前泊しました。 駅からも歩けるし、大聖堂やメインストリートにも近いので、買い物や食事には困りません。 エレベーターはないので、荷物の重い人には向かないかもしれませんが、ホテルの人が三階まで運んでくれました。 部屋は広く、スーツケースが3個以上ひろげられました。 大学の書類にコピーが必要になり困っていると、親切に貸してくれました。 1人ですべてやられているので忙しそうでしたが、チェックイン前と後も荷物を預かってくれました。 シャワーの水圧は少し弱かったですが、気持ちのいい滞在となりました。朝食の時間が遅いので、時間に余裕のある人向けのホテルだと思います。

街の中心部にあり、いつでも観光ができ、部屋は広く、バスタブも大きくてゆっくりと休めました。無料で朝食サービスもあり、オーナーはとても親切な方でとても快適でした。

Breakfast was great. The hotel manager a nice helpful person. The beds were very uncomfortable and would be better if the shower head was upright. Overall everything in the room was outdated. The lack of heating too. The big radiator was not working and was replaced by a much smaller one which was too small to heat the whole room. The hotel manager kindly lent us his fan heater from reception but there needs to be something more permanent in place.

You couldn't be more central (excellent location). Sanjeewa was wonderful - We thought we had an issue with our TV & he came up immediately to sort it (it was us, not the TV)! Breakfast was so good, continental but plenty of variety. Sanjeewa also allowed us to leave pur bags at the property, after check-out. Really can't rate this place highly enough, at the price we paid. Would recommend 💯

Room wasn't great! Water coming out of taped up holes in the wall and shower was terrible. Breakfast was 8-10 and when I got there at 8 was told it was 08:30 not 8 so had to leave without.

The hotel is well overdue for some investment. A substantial renovation is needed to overcome tired decor, poor en suite and shower, neglected reception area. Really can't recommend. However the saving feature was Sanjeewa, the manager, who impressed us with his professional and courteous approach. He did everything to help in difficult circumstances.

Sanjeewa worked extremely hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, as was the bed and linen. Breakfast was adequate, but would have liked a croissant.

Lovely property, convenient location, renovated nicely, comfortable clean and compact, exactly what we needed. Only meet one staff member, but he was polite, helpful and informative. Minor details like taps a bit loose and TV remote needed new batteries could do with attention, but no big deal. Nice range of breakfast items, nice dining room. Listing on Expedia said the hotel had parking which wasn't true but the local multi storey did the job

A clean bed and on suite. Walking distance to the Cathedral and most Canterbury attractions.

Geschäfte ja, Frühstück weiss ich nicht. Ein Mitarbeiter Mr. Sanjeewa war der irrigen alten Meinung, dass man zum einchecken ausser dem Personalausweiss, noch die mail Bestätigung vorlegen müsste, was aber seit 3 Jahren nicht mehr stimmt. Positiv war, dass er mir meinen Koffer hochgetragen hat. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass ich diesen nicht öffnen konnte. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.

AVOID. Generally tired, old and run down. Half expected this for the price so not that bothered about that. the location was good. The problem.... bedbugs. Lots of the horrible little things. We've videos of them all around the room and unfortunately we didn't realise until the morning. It's clear there's been an infestation for some time - there's actually reviews that we missed discussing this. It's clear though that this recent infestation has also been going on for a while... pale grey dried blood stains were visible on virtually all linen (easy to see when you look for it). The hotel has ignored all attempts to discuss this issue.

Amazing location in the centre of historic Canterbury and Sanjeewa was most helpful

The people were so nice and were always cleaning, but the toilet had some kind of a pump on it. When you flushed it would add water and then make an ungodly noise. This always made me jump. Worse if you used the toilet at night, with a full badder, the pump would activate. OH MY!

Very friendly host who takes away all problems challenges during your stay and gives you good directions for staying in Canterbury. Breakfast is good and the rooms are classical English style well equiped (fridge for cooling your drinks and have a drink/aperative in the hotel room). If you go to Canterbury go here
