シャワールーム共有部屋に宿泊しましたが、シャワールームはひとつだけで、その中にトイレもあるので、夕方頃から別の宿泊者が連続でシャワーを使用中、トイレが全く使えません。 お手頃価格なので多くは求めていませんでしたが、やはりトイレが好きな時に使えないのはとても辛かったです。

The entrance didn’t have a pleasant smell, the shower had very hot water that couldn’t be balanced to comfortable temperature, bed was not as clean as expected (hair and fluff) and mattress wasn’t comfortable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a comfortable stay overall.

Good facilities

Room was fine. Nice and clean sheets. Bathroom was clean too. Sticky sofa which I had to swipe and hallway smelt of weed and farts when arrived back late after being out…but nice touch with the simple breakfast (although it isn’t continental breakfast but works as a complimentary offering…). Had to park all the way down the residential street because of ignorant, inconsiderate guests who don’t know how to park in the designated bays properly (one tiny car was way over the line and a medium car had so much room from the wall) which wasn’t very good. It’s a small car park but it seemed to be lots of taxis parked as if they were staying to work or whatever, which is cool but please….if you drive for a living surely you can park with some consideration for others who may be arriving back a bit later… The room we had was right next to the front of the road, which I had asked not to have in the booking request due to health reasons (maybe this wasn’t picked up or maybe they were already full by then…but) it was a shame as otherwise loads of good points about this reasonably priced, good location to Lincoln stay. Would stay again just unfortunately some niggly things that brought it down. Again, good for price and also easy to navigate self check in.

Stayed here as we had a very early hospital appointment and we dont live locally, hotel its self is very good value and clean, but on arrival the remote for tv had a brocken back and was missing a battery so couldnt use it, also the bed is the worse mattress ive ever slept on ! It definitely needs replacing, also room number 2 is very noisy from the road, all day and night so take ear plugs,other than those 2 things its great value for money

Room was clean but all a bit jaded. Getting in through the keypad entry was difficult especially with arthritic hands. Also I’m short and wasn’t really tall enough to balance on the narrow top step and see what I was doing. There are lots of steps and stairs! Nice entrance hall and reasonably well equipped kitchen but only three forks available! Worst thing was my radiator didn’t work and there are no staff on site. Continually rang the support number but got nowhere. Promises were made to ring me back but never did. Stayed two nights and still not fixed the second day. Very poor. Didn’t expect the Ritz but having to sit in your room in your coat isn’t acceptable. Steer well clear.

There was no check-in or anyone available.The room was small for a double, and the en-suite TINY! You had to open the shower door before you sat on the toilet otherwise you would bump your head when getting up!! The breakfast items in the room were good, but I had to find someone to ask if they could be replenished on day 3. I managed to find some cleaning ladies in the carpark to ask about this. It was replenished, but the bin wasn't emptied and the room and bathroom were not serviced throughout my 3 night stay. I received an email from Simply Stay thanking me for my booking and stating the price that I was supposed to have paid. This was in fact nearly £30 LESS than I had paid, apparently via Hotel.com. I queried this and was told to take it up with Hotels.com. This I did, along with the details that I have outlined in this review, hoping for at least a reply or explanation. I have not had any reply, so I am expressing my views here.

Room was lovely and clean, all I needed for a one night solo stay. Loved that there were breakfast options provided and plenty of tea bags and milk! No complaints and would happily stay again in future!

The heating was not working only a little oil radiator in it had to borrow a quilt from my daughter to sleep as was 6 degrees outside

The room was quite basic, the duvet was thin, it was single-pabevwindow overlooking the main room. The room had everything that i needed, but wasn't particularly comfortable. And the continental breakfast was a tin of beans and slices of bread. It was quite strange. However, the fact there was a universal kitchen was a positive!

The room was clean bed uncomfortable springs felt. no heating boiler broke only bread butter and yogurt for breakfast no tea bags just coffee noisey residents next door till 1 am

Clean room, basic needs provided, calm environment, convenient car park

There was no heating, so the room was quite chilly. The external doors were stiff to operate and anyone less than 5 ft 6 ins tall would not be able to reach the code lock which is mounted very high on the main entrance door.

Stayed for 1 night, large clean room with easy access to town via foot or bus, diy breakfast works , mattress could of been better and a little noisy as close to the road, but good value for a no frills quick overnight stay

Poor quality room , not very clean elec lights missing parts , bare thread carpet with iron burn , toilet tissue holder-on floor on arrival ?? Continental breakfast ? Few itemsin fridge .. tin of beans milk, sml cheese , 4 slices of bread in a food bag. Receipt said £77 payment , which ment hotel . Com paid commission as i was charged over £90
