Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Lobby, lounge and restaurant area clean and pleasant. Room was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Good shower and satisfactory air conditioner.

There was no parking facility provided for the guest. The guest should park the car at the car parking at the building next to the hotel. The guest should be informed the parking arrangement in advance when room booking was made.

Meget venligt og hjælpsom personale. Havde et problem med drænet i bruseren, som blev lavet med det samme. Forholdsvis tæt på togstation, men måske lidt skummelt område at skulle igennem.

Exceeded expectations. Well equipped and stylish room with a very comfortable bed and excellent air con. Good, varied breakfast options. Every member of staff I dealt with was extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Room was half clean, shower head was moldy, blood on bedsheets, towels were dirty, appearance looked clean but it was far from it.. Breakfast was terrible 1st day went down to breakfast, scrambled eggs looked disgusting, cooked breakfast is very sad, asked for a fried egg because I don't eat scrambled was told 'we don't do that', everything else looked like it would give you food poisoning. Waffle machine had a cup to pour the batter into it and that had chocolate sauce and other stuff in it. Overall it was not great. I probably will not come here again.

Well below standard I expect from Hilton Hotels. Room basic, Shower poor no reasonable water flow, Air con not adjustable, room not serviced during stay, snak bar closed for all of stay, car parking fee exorbitant at £28 per day

The breakfast was lacklustre and the cooked breakfast was lacking thought and either over or undercooked with cheap ingredients. The building exterior was filthy including a large dead baby seagull, which i told the team about on the first day as my 9 year old was worried, it remained there for the next 3 days. Parking is expensive in NCP at 28 quid for 24 hours. Honestly unless forced, go elsewhere!!! The rooms are standard, beds comfy, shower ample. I would not use Hampton again based on this experience.

All the staff were very friendly like a big family. The hotel is very close to the shopping centre and a nice 15min walk to Centre or Harbourside

The hotel is under renovation and you only notice that when using the stairs, no notice. We got a renovated room and it was very nice. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but it will get you fed. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. All of them seemed to like the job and that's makes you feel welcome.

unfortunately, this hotel was a very let down for the price. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which was never mentioned on the Expedia listing. The corridors were dusty and strong paint fumes, which brought on my astnma. If I had known about the building works, I wouldn't have booked. ​The room quality was also disappointing. Our bath towel had noticeable fake tan/makeup stains on it, and the room layout was poorly thought out, there was no plug socket near the kettle that actually fit the plug, so we had to boil it on the bedside table. The free breakfast was ok, nothing special, the scrambled eggs were terrible. ​On the plus side, the hotel gym is actually good, and the staff were fantastic, really polite and helpful. Hopefully when the hotel is fully renovated, it will be better. Also note the area around the area isn't the safest, particularly behind the hotel, I was scared to park on the street behind.

From arrival at the hotel, every staff member we met was extremely helpful, polite and they could not do enough for you. A small issue with a creaky bed was fixed within the hour. Delicious breakfast, air conditioning in the room (especially helpful in the current heatwave!) and great location. Thanks for a really comfortable stay and you have fantastic staff.

Close to historic area.

given the room that was not prepared twice. The staff and manager on duty were not attentive and seemed to ignore the issues, blaming their own system. Our room smelled so bad and was old and outdated. The only thing the manager on duty said was "What do you want me to do". Also, the health issue, the staff who checked us in kept coughing, looked like she had a cold or something that could spread the virus to guests.

Once we figured out the surroundings, everything was within walking distance.
