施設は清潔で、必需品もすべて整っていました。 困った事があっても✉️すると、すぐに対応してくれ、とても親切でした。 立地的にも地下鉄の駅にも徒歩1分 バス乗り場にも1分。どこにでも歩いてすぐに行かれて便利です。　 スーパーも５分圏内に3．4個あります。 NO3の部屋に宿泊。入り口から部屋のドアまで80段ほど階段があり、出入りが少し大変でした。 ベッドルームは静かでしたが、リビングの方が中華街の騒音で少しうるさかったです それ以外は本当に快適で過ごしやすい、 お勧めのアパートメントです。

We were really blown away by the size and location of this accommodation. It is right in heart of Chinatown and you are steps away from the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was well equipped for what we needed. We had large space to spread out as a family and plenty of common space to hang out as well. I was really happy to have access to the washing machine and clothes rack to refresh our clothes after a couple of days. We loved being so centrally located and the spaciousness of our unit. Here are a couple of things to consider: 1. This location is not for everyone. It is in a very busy spot but the accommodation itself is in a secure place which is accessed through a locked gate which is a shared space with restaurants and other businesses. It is kept very clean and the service workers that use the space are very quiet and respectful of the shared space. 2. The common areas inside the building could use a refresh. Walls are shabby and the carpets are very stained. The hallways smell like food when the restaurants are operating but that did not reach into our accommodation at all.

Super clean, quiet, tidy and perfect location. Heating was a little tricky as was finding an off switch for a light on the cooker hood but the communication was excellent and very helpful.

The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable also. Ideally situated close to everything. Just to note our No5 Apartment was up several flights of stairs, so may not suit everyone. Five star experience.

Perfect stay

Very spacious! Nice & clean upon arrival. Good communication and was able to accommodate earlier check-in. Very centrally located. Overall a great value and would happily stay again!

Very comfortable and spacious stay

Too many steps

Internet a bit slow and intermittent at times but ok. Kitchen well equipped and bed very comfortable and big (superking which you don’t always find in London) Housekeeping responsive and close to site so when we had an issue with a window and some lights there was someone there to try to resolve it. Will stay again if we need to be close to the theatre as it’s a perfect location for this.

This was a very spacious apartment with all the basic things you would need: kitchen stuff, toiletries, linens, etc. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchen very practical. I would absolutely recommend. The apartment is in china town making it a good starting point to many things in London. Good communication with the staff via email.

It would have been nice if there were a few basics already stocked on arrival. A couple of bottles of water, a pint of milk in the fridge, some bread, that kind of thing. That said, there’s an M&S literally around the corner, not to mention the location being in Chinatown so food shopping is not a problem. Just would have been very much appreciated after a day of travelling. The consumables supplied were pods for the coffee machine, teabags, washing up liquid and paper towels. The kitchenware and equipment supplied were all nice, clean and in good condition. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, towels were nice, showers worked well. There are quite a lot of stairs and no lift, but the listing warned about that. The door to the building wasn’t initially obvious. The welcome message said to look for the door with the butterflies in the window, but we arrived after it was dark and they were far from obvious. Thankfully the street is very short and there are only a couple of doors that aren’t businesses. Still, a photo of the door in the welcome email would have lubricated the process, when arriving on a very busy little street with a family, laden with luggage. An excellent property I would definitely use again.
