객실은 깨끗하고 필요한 모든것이 있어서 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 리프트가 없는 4층이라서 걱정했는데 정말 감사하게도 청소하러 오신 하우스키퍼 남성분이 캐리어 2개를 4층까지 옮겨주셨어요. 체크아웃할때는 다른 청소해주시는 남성분이 오셨는데 마주치자 캐리어 1개를 1층까지 옮겨주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 입구 바로 옆에는 한식당이 있는데 여러번 가서 먹을정도로 메뉴 모두 맛있었어요. 아이들과 편하게 머물다가 왔습니다.

룸컨디션은 매우 좋았다.하지만 숙소가 예상치 못하게 한식당 위에 위치하고 있어 주소만으로는 설명이 부족함.입구에 대한 정확한 설명이 없어 주변을 계속 배회함.엘리베이터가 없고 계단이 많으므로 짐이 많은 여행객은 피하는 것이 좋음.에어컨이 없고 선풍기가 있어 다소 더움.지리적 접근성은 매우 우수함.세탁기,전자랜지,식기세척기 등 모든 생활 편의 시설이 완벽하게 갖춰져있음.

숙박시설은 런던물가를 고려하면 넓고 좋습니다 간단한 요리 조리를 할수 있어 좋습니다 호텔개념보단 레지던시 느낌이랄까 엘리베이터 없으니 무거운 짐이 있다면 고려하시고 가족여행에 좋을것 같습니다

Spacious room in Chinatown. I liked the location between Leicester and Tottenham Court Road as well as the cleanness of the place, however be aware of the stairs as there is no elevator in the building. There are more pros than cons though - nice clean towels, good quality toilet papers, spacious shower booth, full kitchen with dishwasher and more. I tried my best to use the room clean for next visitors and the housekeeper. Will come back when I have a chance in the future.

Excellent base in central London. The apartment is clean and tidy with all the amenities you could want. The windows are excellent for keeping out the noise. We'd definitely use this apartment again.

Except for unresolved problems with some of the lighting and one door unable to close, it was a perfect stay. The only drawback: it's a steep walkup to the flats.

Centrally located to wonderful shopping, diverse restaurants and bakeries, and the arts. Unit was clean, well appointed, and very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures made the property look brand new but it definitely had some life lived in it (cracked window in the primary bedroom, and scuffs on the walls, etc.). Overall the property was wonderful! The beds were comfortable! The hosts provided laundry detergent and dish detergent so we could wash our clothes and dishes! The location is a 10/10! Close to all of the things and subway stations. We knew we would have to go up a lot of stairs, so that did not bother us one bit! March was the perfect weather so we were very comfortable, temperature wise. We were shoe to check-in early and were super thankful for our stay. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (16 year old, 14 year old, and 11 year old) stay here and it was perfect!

Amazing location!

Amazing apartment. Great location in Chinatown. Close to SoHo, and public transportation. Great bed and shower. Full kitchen was nice.

The room's interior and amenities are new, spacious, and comfortable. It would be perfect if an elevator were available instead of just stairs.

The accommodation was clean, spacious, and the location was excellent. It’s right next to Chinatown and has a bunch of food options and public transportation within walking distance. Our host was also awesome, highly recommend this one.

The apartment was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Location is excellent, with shops, eateries, and transport nearby. Just a note that there is no lift. requires min climbing of 4 flights of stairs so it may not be suitable for everyone. That aside, check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and overall it was a comfortable, fuss-free stay.

We were really blown away by the size and location of this accommodation. It is right in heart of Chinatown and you are steps away from the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was well equipped for what we needed. We had large space to spread out as a family and plenty of common space to hang out as well. I was really happy to have access to the washing machine and clothes rack to refresh our clothes after a couple of days. We loved being so centrally located and the spaciousness of our unit. Here are a couple of things to consider: 1. This location is not for everyone. It is in a very busy spot but the accommodation itself is in a secure place which is accessed through a locked gate which is a shared space with restaurants and other businesses. It is kept very clean and the service workers that use the space are very quiet and respectful of the shared space. 2. The common areas inside the building could use a refresh. Walls are shabby and the carpets are very stained. The hallways smell like food when the restaurants are operating but that did not reach into our accommodation at all.

Super clean, quiet, tidy and perfect location. Heating was a little tricky as was finding an off switch for a light on the cooker hood but the communication was excellent and very helpful.

The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable also. Ideally situated close to everything. Just to note our No5 Apartment was up several flights of stairs, so may not suit everyone. Five star experience.
