Hilton Liverpool City Centre

Room was cosy, but window glass was little bit foggy, couldn’t see beautiful scenery much thought the windows. The room haven’t fridge. Fridge should be in the hotel room these days. Staff members are so friendly and polite. Breakfast was awesome. I spend 3 nights with my kids for LFC match, I highly recommend this hotel for vacation in Liverpool.

ロケーションはよく、部屋の広さ、ベッドなどよかったですが、下記の点が不満でした ・連泊しましたが、清掃後の部屋に男性のパンツが落ちていました ・空調の温度調整ができず、やや寒い思いをしました ・時計の時間が遅れており、調整して欲しい旨メモを残しましたが調整はされませんでした ・シャワーの出が弱い

Very comfortable room

The room was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed in it. Really quiet too which was a bonus.

Didn’t have breakfast room was tiered and needs an updated

Check in was fuss free & smooth. Room was clean but a bit dimly lit even with all the available lights on. The shower tap was broken as confirmed by a staff member who came up to try to rectify it. Breakfast was fabulous. The selections were varied & of a good quality. Ate more than what I wanted. The hotel is in a good area with easy connection with the bus station & Albert Docks nearby. Check out was smooth too.

Dårlig isolert. Både for lyd og tempratur. Skitne tallerkner og glass til frokosten. Safen fungerte ikke. Ikke noe lite mini kjøleskap. Skitne møbler på rommet. Stod absolutt ikke til forventning.

Breakfast was great

The noise from the people staying above us was absolutely shocking it ruined our stay my husband had to get the manager to come up to our room early hours in the morning we got up early had breakfast and we left before about 7:30 to go home and have a sleep, it was for our 10 year Anniversary but it made us feel stressed and couldn’t wait to get home, was really annoying especially with paying over £300 for the room, staff on the desk where not very friendly to be honest you only seem to get looked after if you have money or a celebrity

It was a nice stay. No complaints. It was sad the ice machines were broken down, but the bar staff were happy to compensate .

Excellent night away. Lovely room with a view, very clean and comfy bed. Breakfast had a great variety of food and coffee machine. Cannot fault the hotel staff and the facilities.

Room smelled of smoke, some of the breakfast was inedible. Staff were amazing, and great location

Room was tired and drab. Dark wall coverings that haven’t been updated since day 1.
