快適でしたがホテルの周りに店は有りません。

ロンドンシティ空港から徒歩圏です。ホテル周辺には何もありません。普通のビジネスホテルですが、部屋は清潔で広さも十分です。

とにかくロンドンシティ空港とDLRの駅の両方に近いホテルです。建物は清潔で比較的新しく，フロントはバーカウンターと一体化していて応対もよかったです。ただ私だけかもしれませんが，自販機でSIMカードを買おうとしたら入れた1ポンド硬貨が食べられてしまい，苦情を言って従業員に同じことをしてもらって同じことが起きましたがポンドは返ってきませんでした。コイルが逆転して物が奥に移動する自販機は初めて見ました。その他は特に不満ありません。飛行機の音もあまり感じませんでした。ただ近くの別のホテルに比べて朝食のレパートリーはやや少なめだったので，連泊するには余りお薦めしません。

The staff were so friendly and accomdating. Despite our issues with it being extremely noisy in our original room they sorted it immediately and moved us. Also, best hotel shower ever!

Cleanliness and spacious room are the most important for our family. Convenient location with DLR Royal Albert next by. Will stay again next time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées. Le restaurant sur place est un vrai atout : idéal pour dîner sans avoir à se déplacer. L'hôtel se situe, par contre, à environ 40 minutes du centre de Londres en transport. Mais très bon rapport qualité-prix.

The hotel is clean with friendly and warm staff. It's conveniently located near public transportation, and quiet due to its distance from major tourist activities. They could offer a more varied breakfast menu.

Power went down for one hour , no backup.

It was very nice staying here and convenient to get to the tube - just a 2 minute walk. Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was very nice, with a huge choice.

Great location for London City Airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful, property well maintained. View from room of car park and building around. we were leaving early so were given a packed breakfast but this turned out to be just unripe fruit and a mini muffin

Great location for events at Silverworks Island & very close to the tube. Nice spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options.

Hotel gut, Zimmer gut und sauber, Frühstück ok, Negativ war, dass es am Wochenende keine Zugverbindung zur Stadt gibt, es fahren Busse aber es ist sehr kompliziert und unübersichtlich.

A little too far from downtown London

Easy to find and get to and had parking. Hotel was lovely and clean and staff were very helpful and polite and friendly. Room was lovely and clean and spacious and had air conditioning, was a little disappointed couldn't open a window but still room was lovely. Little disappointed that it was 2single mattresses put together as made it very uncomfortable to sleep but managed to get some sleep. Had a bar and restaurant which wasn't too busy and was a lovely atmosphere. But disapointed there was no jam at breakfast could only find marmite but wasn't the end of the world. Would definitely stay again

The food and facilities were great! Cleanliness is spotless.
