部屋はとても広く、清潔で使いやすい。朝食もとても充実していた。Bristol Templemeas駅には近いが、周りはビル街でスーパーが一軒。 駅近を重視する方にはおすすめです。

最寄り駅から近く、ショッピングセンターも徒歩15分程度でいけるので立地が良かった。部屋も広く、静かだった。

Great staff! Super friendly and helpful even at very late check ins both times. Clean room and everything I needed. Super conveylocation behind the train station.

I had booked a twin room by mistake. Hotel were not able to accommodate a double on our first night (not problem, my mistake) but went above and beyond the following day to help us move to a double. I think the lady on reception was called Emily. Great staff, great location to Temple Meads, new room was Lovely

Curtain tracks stiff - one broke. Kettle lid spring catch not firm enough so lid kept springing open stopping it boil. TV small & too far from the bed. Poor sound quality. Towels rough & worn.

Clean room, hot shower, good breakfast. The only downside was not having carpeted floor.

Very nice hotel

Great staff, even at an 11pm check in. All were super happy and welcoming and even offered to put the oven on to do me some chips as I asked if there were any snacks available as been on train since 6pm (which I declined) but was such a nice gesture. Props to the staff! A plastic bedroom floor is odd tho...

Close to station and polite stafg.

The room was very clean and well designed. The bed was comfortable for me (very tall). The bathroom pod was well designed and deceivingly spacious. This comment may seem a bit strange but we were impressed that the toilet paper was of high quality. The staff were outstanding both courteous, friendly, efficient and without fuss. Dealing with our luggage before and after check-in/out was very helpful. One difficulty we faced was the closing of the bathroom door which required a strong lift in order to avoid a loud enough bang to disturb other guests.
