Clean, convenient, and great location

Uncomfy bed and alarm went off for next door at 2:30am and ruined sleep

Room clean and tidy - a bit compact but this is a budget hotel. Bathroom actually a nice size with good shower and nice towels. Rest of the hotel was nice , clean and tidy - if you are in Sheffield for a night and just need somewhere to crash , this ticks all the boxes.

TBH, exceeded expectations for the price - friendly staff, easy check-in - room was fine if basic; for two people, be aware the bed is against one wall, so may require a little agility to get out at night!! Breakfast was excellent; will use again!

Staff weren't really interested when we checked in. Room was extremely basic. No spoon to make tea, no bin in room. Bed was absolutely worn out and very uncomfortable. So bad, we had to use pillows down the middle to stop us rolling into each other. Duvet too small. On the plus side, it was very clean, but definitely wouldn't come back.

Absolutely spotless room.Bed so comfortable.Bathroom immaculate and shower wonderful and hot. Towels big and gorgeous. Extra coffee milk etc no problem.Once again a great stay.

Clean, novel hse if space, decent bathroom, big fluffy towels, pretty comfy and bedding for main bed, additional bed not so much, too hot despite altering thermostat. Parking recommdation was a joke- there were options much closer and the reduction didn't work

Room very small so can’t pass each other in the room easily. Sink blocked took a very long time to drain. Staff weren’t exactly welcoming. Reception not easy to find since it’s a shelf unit! On the plus side. Room was clean and warm and the bed was comfortable. To sum up, I would stay again since it’s cheap. You get what you pay for !

Very happy with my stay here, clean and warm room, friendly staff, free WiFi that was decent, and free baggage storage - much better service than many pricey hotels.

Pros - location close to city centre & price. Room was clean apart from some mould growth on the shower tile grouting We didn't use any of the facilities e.g. bar or restaurant but it all seemed good Cons - if the air con is going to turn off after a short period of time at least provide an opening window to let some air in! Rooms were very compact to the point it was uncomfortable (we had the single bed pulled down as well as the double). Very little storage space - shelf wasn't even wide enough to cover the base of the kettle - this should be reviewed for safety reasons. Who designed where the electrical sockets were positioned? Luckily, I always take a short extension lead otherwise there would have been a few conversations with the front desk required. No parking but we managed to book a space a private car park next door at a very reasonable price. Would we recommend this hotel? Yes - providing you are prepared for the budget aspect. It would therefore have helped if better information was available so you pack a fan and extension lead, for example

It’s just basic

Cold and dirty , unwelcoming staff

At check in told that they didn’t have any room key cards so they couldn’t give us one, so had to be let into room by staff every time. How on earth can a hotel run out of keys? Absolute shambles. Do not stay here.
