very good!!

いつもは四つ星以上に泊まる私ら夫婦の視点で一言。 クルーズの前泊に安価で機能優先だけで選びました。 確かに、日常の買い物、港への近さ、駅・バスターミナルからは歩いて行けるなど機能的には大満足でした。 しかし、覚悟していたものの、部屋の狭さや貧弱な設備はなるほど２つ星レベル。 円安の今、この宿泊料金で文句は言えませんが、次回以降は、もう少し無理してお金を払ってでも、他のより高評価のホテルを選びます。

駅、コーチステーション、ショッピングモールから近く便利。 部屋はシンプルだが、広さも十分で快適に過ごせました。 ホテルの隣がマックなので、ホテルの朝食よりは安く上げられると思います。

Friendly staffs, near from the train station, good breakfast services

The staff were really nice and welcoming and my room very clean, but the hotel corridors and room stank of stale takeaway food unfortunately, and it was noisy, luckily there was a fan I could put on to disguise all the coming and going from other guests. And although I’d paid for breakfast by the time I came dow at 8 there wasn’t anything left except some apples an the coffe machine, all pastries and anything else you’d expect with a continental was gone.

Staff were great, rooms are typical of this class of hotel (older, smaller) for a pre-cruise departure it’s fine.

Easy to find and very close to station, I checked in late (after midnight), reception was open and staff very friendly.

Great breakfast and was piping hot. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating

Great stay clean hotel

Budget is the key word here. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Whilst it did represent very good value I felt the breakfast was poorly stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was well located.

I didn't stay in this hotel as they couldn't refund my erroneous booking. I stayed in their sister hotel, which was disappointingly average. Lord knows what the budget version is like.

Great stay staff great, rooms cleaned every day, rare nowadays normally have to ask .

Room very clean. Comfortable bed, good night's sleep. Amenities good, desktop fan very useful.

The hotel is located near the Southampton central railway station. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff are kind and helpful. All payments at the hotel are cashless. The free WiFi connection is fast. The room has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. The heat radiator in the room works very well.

Tv doesn't work

The room was far too hot and the thermostat made no difference. I contacted reception and they said they would fix it, but nothing changed. Friends had the same problem in another room.
