いつもは四つ星以上に泊まる私ら夫婦の視点で一言。 クルーズの前泊に安価で機能優先だけで選びました。 確かに、日常の買い物、港への近さ、駅・バスターミナルからは歩いて行けるなど機能的には大満足でした。 しかし、覚悟していたものの、部屋の狭さや貧弱な設備はなるほど２つ星レベル。 円安の今、この宿泊料金で文句は言えませんが、次回以降は、もう少し無理してお金を払ってでも、他のより高評価のホテルを選びます。

駅、コーチステーション、ショッピングモールから近く便利。 部屋はシンプルだが、広さも十分で快適に過ごせました。 ホテルの隣がマックなので、ホテルの朝食よりは安く上げられると思います。

Worst hotel we’ve stayed at in Southampton - never again. One lift for all hotel guests and all the housekeeping teams. Impossible trying to get in the lift. No air conditioning. No fans. Just a wall mounted heater that apparently blew the air around - that was worse than useless. Hand gel bottle fell off the wall during the night. No hand towels just one bath towel each. One skimpy pillow each. No cooked breakfast available in the hotel.

Hotter than the sun with no AC, avoid in summer.

Probably the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Rooms more akin to a dirty prison cell. Place stank of cigarettes and bleach. As it was a concert night went from £50 to £260 wouldn't recommend, stayed in some reasonable ibis hotels but this is awful. Don't normally leave reviews but travel lodge a much better budget safe bet. If advise you avoid it is awful! Sorry. Staff nice sheets clean. But ut just stank of dirty pubs.

Very disappointing stay. Our first room had a leaking air conditioner. When I reported it, I was told maintenance could only look at it in the morning, but we were eventually moved to another room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the second room was dirty and blew dust around the room. It was also very hot and uncomfortable. We didn’t complain again because we didn’t want to make a fuss, but the overall experience was unpleasant. The hotel looked much better in the advertisements than it was in reality. I won’t be staying here again.

great spot for shopping.

We use this hotel to stay two nights before the cruise. It was clean and fit our needs. I was with my husband and my 21-year-old son. We were able to get one room that slept three people. My son had his own twin bed above our which made him happy. The bathroom is literally in the same room so it’s very little privacy. However, this fit our needs for an inexpensive stay. McDonald’s and Fridays is in the same parking lot if you need a quick meal. There is a mall within a 10 minute walk from the hotel which has restaurants. There is also an outdoor walking area with a lot of stores. There is also IKEA a Boots pharmacy/store, a toy store and electronic store across the parking lot. 10 minute walk to the Norwegian Cruise Court. The hotel was very simple and clean and fit our needs as we were not in our hotel for very long slept to sleep.

Not great - building is tired

It has been awhile since I have stayed at an Accor hotel. I did not understand that there is an Ibis and an Ibis budget, I thought they were one in the same. I won't make that mistake again. No air conditioning in a heat wave, but a small inadequate desk fan. One type soap to cover hair, face and hands. Nicely painted room but flooring was strange, half nice and half very aged and cuts in wall above the toilet. Shower was nearly non-existent, it was so tiny and a part of the room, an alcove in the wall, not a separate room. No hand towels, just 2 bath towels. It was very convenient, a short walk from the National Express bus station from Heathrow and a TGI Fridays and a McDonalds just steps away. A short walk to the cruise pier or a 10 pound taxi drive.

Handy to train/bus station. Easy walk to cruise boat and downtown. Rooms and hotel basic but sufficient for reasonable price. One Negitive…room was hot as air conditioner didn’t work.

Good value for money, helpful staff. OK for a one night pre cruise.

Value for money. It is exactly what it says . Budget. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Place is very very clean. Dont book if you expect a mini bar and kettle. Its not that kind of place. For transport and a very short walk over the road to the train station - its perfect

Zimmer war in Ordnung, für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Leider keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Die Fenster können nicht ganz geöffnet werden. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Filiale von McDonalds mit entsprechenden Geruch.

Staff were friendly and the location was good. The hotel was basic but I suppose it is a budget hotel but the other guests or the assumption they were guests were very unsavoury, felt unsafe, woman in the area has her handbag stolen through force. The hotel felt very uncomfortable. Not recommended for families with children

Breakfast needs improvement. Need a new coffee machine, and add new items for breakfast. Very poor choices.
