いつもは四つ星以上に泊まる私ら夫婦の視点で一言。
クルーズの前泊に安価で機能優先だけで選びました。
確かに、日常の買い物、港への近さ、駅・バスターミナルからは歩いて行けるなど機能的には大満足でした。
しかし、覚悟していたものの、部屋の狭さや貧弱な設備はなるほど２つ星レベル。
円安の今、この宿泊料金で文句は言えませんが、次回以降は、もう少し無理してお金を払ってでも、他のより高評価のホテルを選びます。

駅、コーチステーション、ショッピングモールから近く便利。
部屋はシンプルだが、広さも十分で快適に過ごせました。
ホテルの隣がマックなので、ホテルの朝食よりは安く上げられると思います。

The price was reasonable and closed to the cruise dock. The staff were nice, helpful and friendly. The location was walkable to the shopping mall. There’s only two restaurants closed by - McDonald (which was perfect to get breakfast) and TGI Friday (which you would 20%discount if you’re a hotel guest at Ibis). I would stay here again when I go on another cruise.

Although the staff are friendly and hotel is clean it is very very basic, no coffee/tea or kettle in the rooms. Should perhaps notify paying guests that the hotel houses a number of homeless individuals. Breakfast is overpriced at £9 for what is offered. Rooms and corridors are very hot. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it is improved. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great choice for a budget friendly option for a 1or 2 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was good, yogurt, fruits, cereals, and a selection of bread and pastries along with hot and cold beverages. Close to shopping areas, and easily walkable area.

Very clean, modern and attractive room of medium size with a simple, clean, Scandinavian look. Very close to Horizon and City cruise terminals .. a 10 minute walk tops! I did not try the extra charge continental breakfast buffet. Handy to ships and everything! Two blocks from coach and train stations.

Budget hotels can be ok but not at this hotel. Poorly ventilated and dirty room completely lacking in any facilities. The skeleton staff are okay but there are too few rostered to allow for any expectation of service. Avoid this hotel unless there are no other options
