Hotel is lose to bus and train station.

Didn't expect scaffolding enveloping the building when guests were staying

Centrally located; easy walk off cruise ships and to the train station. Minimalist furnished room with sufficient space. Helpful staff, secure access to the building and rooms . Easy walk to shopping, the old Town with its many restaurants and historic buildings. Would stay here again.

Good for one night before or after a cruise. Nicer hotels in the area for a longer stay.

Absolutely perfect fit a cheap stay in the City. Super close to Centre/Station, basic but clean and friendly with everything you need. Totally recommend.

Check in was easy, and staff were helpful regarding parking. Room was clean and comfortable enough for a couple nights. Towels and wash gel provided. Nice to include a table fan because of the hot weather. Could have done with some more sockets in the room - only 2 sockets and one was used by the fan.

It was 29C and zero AC (or air cooling) as they called it. We baked. No water available to purchase. It was unbearable. Whenever we went to the desk the staff wouldn't make eye contact with us... luckily it was only one night.

This is a very budget hotel, you get what you pay for, which isn’t much. The staff were rude and unfriendly. We had a triple room and you got a double bed and a bunk over the double. Basically that’s it. I would say it’s what I would think a hostel would look like. It was only for one night so we just grinned and beared it. Won’t be back

The hotel was awful, checking in took ages, the room was clean but ting with the aircon very noisy but with no effect. Would not stay there ever again

Hideously overpriced for what you actually get. I understand this is a budget hotel and you can't expect luxury, but even budget hotels should provide the basics. For a room costing over £120 per night, I was disappointed to find there were no towels, no hairdryer, no tea or coffee-making facilities, very few power sockets, and no separate bathroom. There was only one usable power socket, which was already being used by the fan and was on the opposite side of the room from the bed. The mirror was above the sink in the bedroom, and the shower cubicle was also in the bedroom. Thankfully, the toilet was at least partitioned off, as having no privacy at all would have been a step too far. The room felt poorly designed, cramped, and lacking in practical features. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, I slept well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, would I stay here again? At the current price, absolutely not. In my opinion, anything over £70 per night for this room is poor value for money. My partner and I have stayed in many hotels recently while travelling to car shows, and we've paid significantly less for rooms that offered far more in terms of comfort, facilities, and overall quality. With the current cost of living, value for money is more important than ever, and unfortunately this hotel simply didn't deliver.

This was inexpensive for 3 of us, perfectly functional and great central location near west quay and train station. We asked for a third towel as only 2 in room, they were unable to provide this which I thought was a bit poor.

The room was small and clean. It is great for an overnight stay or short stay. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The national express and train station is within walking distance.

Not the best stay. Rooms were dirty, sheets not the cleanest. Our key cards kept deregistering from our rooms so we were constantly up and down to reception. I appreciate it's a budget hotel and the price reflected the stay but could have been better

Small room, small bathroom with the bathroom sink in the room itself, breakfast is basic. No A/C but a cooling system. Some of the staff are nice others are not so. One of them came to steal my wife’s eggs luckily I was watching and she ran away.

No air conditioning. The room was extremely hot :(

Is the rooms was ok size for the 3 of us. However I found the floor very dusty especially under the bed as I dropped an earring and it was very dusty. Very basic hotel with no tea and coffee and kettle in the room. Had to ask the reception for a hairdryer. However it was a good location. Have McDonald's and Ikea next door. Can see our cruise ship from our window.
