Was ideal for my stay for the Ipswich match

Site was undergoing lots of renovations, lights in the room were broken, skirting boards were not dusted, and the noise and smell from the outdoors made it very hard to sleep. However the bed and washing facilities were okay.

The location was great, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. There was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. The room was smaller than expected. Bathroom facilities were acceptable. Breakfast was advertised until 10 o’clock in the elevators however that was only Saturday and Sunday hours. It ended earlier on weekdays. Very few options. Coffee, tea, juice, fruit, sliced cheese, sliced meat. No eggs I would not recommend this hotel

Other than parking which you had to pay for, nothing is good. Pay the extra and go somewhere else.

Room was clean, but one night was enough. Okay, for a sleepover before boarding a cruise.

Very tiny room! Basic without coffee maker and no Kleenex tissues Plenty of towels but no wash cloths they do have a washer and dryer though costs 5 pounds I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with much luggage! No clothes closet only a small peg to hang things on We would not choose to stay here again

People walking around the hotel at night, shouting and screaming. The hotel is not clean and needs repairs. It doesn't match the price.

The room was unsuitable for us so had to check in other Ibis hotel It was suitable for disabled persons very uninviting No tea facilities or bath to use Hugely disappointing Request refund asap Ms j Evans

Very helpful at check-in and I got into the room about 2.30pm as it was ready. The hotel was clean, although it is in need of a refresh but I only needed somewhere to sleep. Overall, I was very pleased with my choice of hotel

On arrival we were allocated a room and the tv didn’t work. The guy on reception moved us to room 103 and we had no pillows and the bed stunk. There was a hole in the back of the door and the decor through out the hotel was poor. My wife slept in her clothing as it felt like there were bugs in the filthy mattress. This place is to be avoided at all costs.

Just got off a 5 week cruise with 7 cases and was able to check in our room at 9.30am instead of 3pm was very happy

Central location close to main shopping and near to train station

Was quite disappointed with the continental breakfast what was given wasn’t what was on the picture no baguette looked dry and stale, The bedrooms didn’t have plug sockets by the bed to charge your phone they was all by the tv, The cleanliness of the rooms was good and had clean towels and bedding.

Location was great, the hotel was not very clean, the receptionist was very friendly, would pay a bit more next time
